In a prime Orlando location our bright and airy home features an open kitchen with brand-new appliances, perfect for cooking and entertaining. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a spacious 2-car garage with an EV charger (could also be used as a workshop), and a large backyard with a screened-in patio, ideal for relaxing or hosting gatherings. The Space: KEY FEATURES: \- 3 spacious Queen bedrooms (sleeps 2 on each) \-1 King bedroom \- A full bathroom with walk-in shower \- Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances \- Free washer and dryer \- High speed + free Wi-Fi \- Smart TV \- Free parking for up to (4) vehicles Guest Access: During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The Neighborhood: Located right off S Orange Ave and near the lake, you'll be just minutes from top shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Plus, with easy access to the I-4 freeway, commuting is a breeze. Getting Around: The best way to get around would be by car. Don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges! Other Things to Note: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card using our third-party system prior to your arrival. Please note that this is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and it will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300\. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding! Interaction with Guests: We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
