1) At the time of checking in no one explained the checkout time or anything. If you are Hilton honors member but booked your trip by using expedia or any other way, you dont get points or anything…Well hello if thats the case why even bother listing your property with 3rd party websites? And btw this one was a lie as I just had booked a room for a week using amex at different property and voila they didn’t have any problems. So issue is with the nasty front desk at this property. Trust me you would have better staff than this even at Motel6 or Super8
2) In the middle of the stay water was gone for 4 hours, and the front desk called at 10:57 to notify you about water is going to be shut at 11:00..So you will get whole 3 mins to figure it out. (Their response water line broke, ok accepted things could go wrong but at least try to be respectful when notifying guest about it.) the front desk lady was extremely rude, common you are the one working in hospitality industry learn some manners, and be courteous or work somewhere where no direct human interactions are needed.
3) Supposedly their checkout time is 10:00am (Most Orlando properties are at least 11:00 and some of them are even 12:00) but they would forget to tell you about it at the time of check in and there would be no courtesy reminder at 10:00 or prior to that so they can THREATEN you for late checkout fees. At least the manager was respectful and understanding.
