In a sunny corner of the award-winning Emerald Island Resort, which for peace of mind is gated and guarded 24/7, the villa is only a short stroll to the club house, gym, pool, mini golf and tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, and close to the community’s nature trail for a relaxing family walk. The resort club house offers comprehensive facilities, including free WiFi, bicycle hire, park ticket sales and information, office services and complementary tea and coffee throughout the day. There is also a lovely tiki bar serving drinks and snacks by the communal heated pool and large hot tub. Regular entertainment is provided for guests free of charge. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite), with a sunny, private pool and spa, with pool safety fence. It will sleep up to 8 adults, plus a baby - a cot and high chair are available free of charge. Our dining table seats 6, and there is also a breakfast nook, which has another dining set that seats four. For your entertainment, the games room is equipped with an air hockey table and dartboard, and there is cable TV (HBO, ESPN, etc.), DVD player and free WiFi throughout the villa, along with board games. The pool was a great hit with the boys and the adults enjoyed self catered meals poolside. The location was very good for the theme parks and the resort clubhouse gave us the option of a bigger pool and mini golf. She answered any question normally within minutes. It is a great location if you are going to any of the parks. Sea World was our favorite. Magic Kingdom is so packed it really limits what you can do. They claim they are operating at 30% compacity but that is bull when all the good rides have a 90 minute wait. Anyway the property pool and spa where great and the house suited all our needs. For the price you could not beat it. If you want to spend another $600 or so you can get something nicer with the spa tubs in the bathroom ect but if you would rather save that $$ for the parks this is the way to go. ##### Todd M. This house was perfect for us (2 adults, 3 kids). I highly recommend this home. The location is excellent. It’s about 15 minutes to Disney and 40 min to Universal. There’s restaurants and shopping very close by (the Target and Ross were quite handy). The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The home is lovely. It was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were fantastic. We paid for the heating and it was well worth it. The spa is attached to the pool, yet it gets as hot as a stand alone jacuzzi. The pool is a bigger than most vacation home pools, too. I really appreciated that the house is well stocked for traveling families. There are books, games, strollers, pack n play (crib), kitchen goods, beach towels, movies, an Atari, an air hockey table, balls for the pool, and more. Javier, the property manager, was very helpful. He was friendly and he was quick to reply. Our entire experience with this rental house was fantastic. Very highly recommend! ##### Emily C. He was very quick to respond and had the issue fixed right away. From there on out, everything was great. Beautiful, clean, bright and roomy place where we felt very comfortable. Perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool was awesome, we enjoyed it every single day of our stay. Great location, close to everything and the price was right. The house is priced right, bedrooms worked perfectly, kids loved the air hockey, pool, subdivision amenities were great additions, we will definitely rent again. I always want to be helpful. So... My suggestion would be: 1\. Have more wash cloths for a family of 7\. We had to purchase some for our stay. 2\. Have the pool floor filter cover repaired. The property manager was amazing. Was so quick to respond that I was blown away. And was not at all afraid to actually show up to make certain that our stay was enjoyable. Given we stayed 2 weeks there was a little extra laundry and dishwasher soap, which was nice. The driveway not not long enough to park a pick up truck in it because it crossed the sidewalk. We received a nasty gram from the resort that we could not park in the driveway or would be towed. Suggestions: New cushions for the lounge chairs. They are quite flat and some of the lounge chairs could use some repair although they could be used as is. The game room is kind of disappointing. We did not have kids with us but if we did they would have been disappointed. A laundry basket would be helpful and a few more kitchen utensils should be nice (veggies steamer, tongs) and the frying pans were not good.
