We are delighted to offer a great selection of privately owned homes and condos here, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and Once Upon A dream is a great example of that. Once Upon A Dream sleeps 14 people comfortably, the bedrooms consisting of 2 King size Master bedrooms, with full en-suite facilities, 1 Queen size bedroom located on the first floor, 2 twin over full with twin trundle themed rooms and 1 twin themed room. Family vacations are often memorable affairs and finding the right home is so important. Once Upon A dream takes much of the guesswork out of that because not only does it have almost everything you might be looking for, it comes at an extremely affordable price given all that if offers. The main features of this wonderful home include a spacious kitchen, open living room, a games room with pool, shuffleboard and game console station, and a very spacious second sitting area which also houses the main dining area with seating for 8\. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. We like our guests to feel that any home they reserve with us is actually their home too, a home away from home, and this villa certainly feels that way. The main living area boasts mahogany furniture and a 55 inch flat screen television, along with an upgraded cable service that allows you to connect effortlessly to your Netflix account if you choose to. Watching a family movie here is so easy given the 2812 sq ft of living space that the home offers. Right next to the main living area is a Queen bedroom, and next to that is a full bathroom. This has been one of the most popular features of this floor plan especially for those guests that have difficulty negotiating stairs. The full size washer and dryer are on the first floor too, as is the second sitting area which has additional seating for up to 6 people, and the main dining area. Please note too that in the kitchen area there is an additional breakfast table that seats a further 4 people, just proving yet again the room available for the whole family. \*Once Upon A Dream Villa also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to all our guests. After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal. On the second floor there are a further 5 bedrooms, including the 2 King Master suites, a beautifully themed twin room, and 2 bunk bed rooms, each set of bunk beds featuring a Full size lower bed. These bedrooms have been professionally designed and decorated, and are quite stunning to see. The twin room has a Frozen theme, while one of the bunk beds is themed with Avengers, the other one entitled 'Surfs Up'. These bedrooms are sure to be a big hit with all members of the family, and do elevate this home in to the luxury category. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's too, and upgraded cable packages. Note too that all towels and linens are provided for your stay. A patio door from the living area leads onto a large patio furnished with loungers, tables and chairs, and facing South East, you can enjoy the setting sun well into the late afternoon from here, perhaps even enjoy a traditional family BBQ as you plan your next adventure!. This relaxed setting also houses the pool and spa. \*Please note that as with most vacation homes there is an extra charge to heat the pool and hot tub. Ordering in advance means it will be turned on for your arrival and get your vacation off to a great start. As if all that isn't enough, another great feature of this fabulous villa, and one that all guests really seem to enjoy, is the games room which is located in the garage. In here, you can enjoy the shuffleboard table, and take advantage of the pool table too, or play video games on the large wall mounted flatscreen TV. Windsor Hills Resort Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. Séjour agréable, ce n'était pas notre premi ère fois sur ce resort. La maison était bien mais il y avait quelques problèmes. Les fenêtres étaient sales, vertes. Une tablette du frigo etait brisé. le tuyau de la sécheuse était débranché, nous l'avons rebranché, ce qui fait en sorte qu'il y avait un problème d'humidité. La balayeuse n'avait pas été passe dans le garage, il y avait du pop Corn par terre, etc. Les matelas étaient inconfortables. Il y avait seulement 10 fourchette, etc... We have always stayed in hotels in the past. It was nice to have the option to have our granddaughter stay in the Frozen room one of the nights. What a treat! I was more than impressed with the maintenance during our stay. We did have a hiccup and they corrected the issue in no time. We loved having the pool right there for our convenience and the ability to cook a great breakfast before heading out for the day. What did frustrate me was that there wasn’t a single backup toilet paper roll in any of the bathrooms. We travel often for baseball and usually expect at least one extra roll in each bathroom. We ran out and were surprised to find any available. I was also a bit surprised the kitchen didn’t have even basic staples like salt and pepper, which most places usually include. Upon arrival the trash on the porch was full. The first few minutes of walking around the house looking around my wife stepped on a tac strip between the master bedroom and bathroom because there was no transition strip. We paid for pool heat and our first time in the pool did not seem heated at all but they did send someone out and the next days the pool was heated. The tv in 1 bedroom didnt work. The blow dryers didnt work. My daughter knocked a couch cushion off and there was so much nasty food under it that we ended up having to remove all cushions and vacuum it. Overall, i give the house an okay. The kids enjoyed the themes rooms and space, the beds were comfortable, and the location worked well for us. ##### Jessica D. Good location to get to all the Disney properties. We did have trouble checking in with gate security once we got there because our names had not been given to them ahead of time like they were supposed to be. Security had to call the owner of the house for us to give us permission to enter. The code on the front door stopped working for us on the second day and I called the number given to us for any house issues and left two messages and also sent a message with no response. We had to leave the backdoor unlocked so we could get back inside the house for two days. On the third day the code worked again and I can only assume someone came out and fixed it while we were gone, but I never received a return phone call or message. ##### JESSICA O. Grandma enjoyed having bedroom on the first floor without having to do stairs everyday. We had a small problem with a tripped breaker, so we did not have the pool heat the first day of our stay, but problem was addressed same day we reported it and we received a refund for the pool heat for the two days we paid for and it was off. The house and resort was as described with everything you need. It was clean, had lots of towels, kitchen supplies, etc. There were a few items of the home that were dated but that didn’t hinder our stay or alter our experience at all. The staff was great to deal with and very period as well. The resort amenities were also thoroughly enjoyed by our crew. The stay and communication went smoothly. Comparing this house to the others we stayed at, this one was mediocre. The kitchen didn't have as many/as nice of fully loaded as others. It was the bare necessities, but we did get by. Not curtains in all of the rooms. Rug was looking a little tattered. Clean, but old and not as refreshed as some of the other we stayed at. The marvel room had peeling off wall stickers. Minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and best of all super close to Disney World. On average it took us less than 15 minutes to get to the parks and it was very close to I4\. The house was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. For our stay, we traveled as a group of 6 adults and the house was spacious enough where we all had our private rooms and spaces. With 4 bathrooms it made it easy for all of us to stay comfortably. The only one downside was cleanliness, when arrived the house could have used a better cleaning., it wasn’t bad, but is wasn’t great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I 100% recommend this property.
