Nice property but needs some TLC. We really had a nice time and the property was right next to the large pool and tennis courts. Plenty of room but could upgrade utensils, maybe cards and a few games, better pool floats, paint job on some areas, screen needs fixed and some clogged sinks. Overall we had what we needed. The pools were great and house pool was nice and warm.

Great family accommodation and close to activities
The property itself is getting tired. It needs fresh painting mostly in high traffic areas. There are some repairs required - screen door, curtains, stove burners and pool heater. It's a great accommodation for a family group with lots of space for meals and room to spread out. The pool is rather small for a large house but the Lazy River and pool antra make up for that. I would recommend it to anyone!

Overall our experience here as very good - things we liked: 1. Location of property 2. House was large and spacious 3. House was clean - sheets/pillowcases were clean 4. Furniture/Appliances were all new 5. No issues with neighbors or wild parties like other reviews stated (we were concerned with this because we had small children in our group) 6. There were no bugs/rats or anything like that as previously mentioned in other reviews 7. Garbage service was everyday - this was nice since we had so many people staying in one house Things that need improvement: 1. Carpet was very dirty - needs replacement - or just get rid of it - carpet is gross anyways 2. Walls need to be painted - this didn't impact our stay - just something that made the house less inviting 3. Pool was extremely dirty upon arrival - but management did respond and get someone out to take care of it within 2 days 4. 3 of the bedrooms were missing blankets for the beds - so we had to run out and buy some 5. The stove had a strong smell of natural gas when you used it - we did let the management know and they were going to send someone to look at it 6. The kitchen could use some additional basic supplies - a hot pad, dish towel and a sturdy frying pan Overall we did enjoy our stay - there are just some little things that the owners could do to make the property even better.

WON’T DO IT AGAIN!!!
I don't normally write reviews before but I’m doing this because I was so disappointed and disgusted about the whole process and I hope it doesn’t happen to the next family. To begin, As soon as we opened the door there was a bad smell, by that we could tell that the place was not clean. The floor was nasty, the carpet was disgusting. The walls need to be repainted. •bed sheets and pillow cases were not washed. •3 broken chairs, thank Goodness no one was injured •broken table glass in the dining room •toilets were filthy, no extra towels, no trash bag •refrigerator and utensils were dirty. •the pool wasn’t cleaned until two days after our stay •no AC in the game room and it smells urine • bunk bed stair is broken even the cleaning team couldn’t make the bed After a long drive, on our first day we had to run to the store to get cleaning supplies to clean the whole house before our family could come in. We made sure to ask to clean the house because some of our kids are allergic and we had a seven month old baby. When I contacted the management team, they sent a cleaning crew the next day and I have pictures to prove all I’ve mentioned above. I’m sorry I have nothing positive to say about our stay.

Great place to stay. Right behind amenities. It does need some maintenance...lots of things broken and/or cracked/holes. Be sure to take pics of everything when you first get there so you're not held responsible. Other than that....my family enjoyed their stay!!! Beware: No extra towels, blankets....etc.....probably because of covid....so bring your own!!!

Overall a good stay
When we first got there the house was decently cleaned. It didn't smell clean. I personally think if you're going to charge a crazy amount for cleaning fee. The house should be spectacular and smell clean. The house is like the pictures but could use some touch up paints. The dryer needs to be fixed or upgraded because we had to dry a load twice in order for it to be completely dry. Cellphone service was horrible. There was no service until you got close to the interstate. All in all a good stay.

Pictures online were accurate besides for the pool size it is a smaller pool. First night we show up there’s cockroaches I notified Managment and they sent an exterminator. It’s a nice and spacious house with nice decor the couches and beds r very hard and uncomfortable. The carpet is a beige and very dirty looking. we mopped and mopped the floors non stop but they r just dirty lookin tiles oh and we bought a new mop and broom because the one they provided wasn’t good we left it for the next guest. . It can use a revamp maybe some white tiles and clean carpet. The second floor was spacious and had lots of rooms but was significantly warmer than the first. Our pool heat and filter wasnt turned on until day four which they refunded the monies. the pool light wasn’t working, I emailed Managment which they responded and then called Jeeves and no one ever came to fix it in the two week stay which was unfair because I could not have the kids swim at night which took away from our nightly activity. The big screen upstairs was working on and off but when it worked it was great. The WiFi was down and phone service atleast for Verizon and sprint was not good in the home And in the area. In regards to the main pool water park area they shut down the water slide the first five days because they couldn’t handle the capacity that Joined the area also pools were dirty and got cleaned only in the morning. The basketball hoop was removed so no basketball but they have one tennis court and it was very nice. The grounds were very nice and spacious. We enjoyed our time in solterra and the owners of this property were very nice and responded right away. Thank you for responding to all emails I appreciate it.
