Very clean and well maintained for a rental property. I only had 2 minor complaints... 1) The master bathroom shower needs some maintenance. The water dial did not work appropriately and took forever to get warm(not hot) water. Gave up after day 2 and utilized another bathroom shower. 2) The garage game room is nice but needs an AC unit. We were here mid-May with daytime temps in low 90's, and no way to cool that area for enjoyment in the evening. Probably a very enjoyable space from October-April when daytime temps are more modest. Some positive... 1) The drive to parks was very easy even during peak traffic it was easy to navigate. 2) House was in close proximity to an ER. My Husband had a medical emergency on day 2 and Orlando Health was amazing. Even transferred him to main Hospital 30 minutes away for a procedure. We entered the ER at 1 am and we were on our way home by 8 pm with treatment complete. Had to take it slow rest of trip, but because of their care we still got to have a trip. ##### Leesa C. We spent a week at Disney and this was about 15-30 minute drive depending on the park. The house was nice, beds were comfortable. Only two comments, you have to pay extra to heat the pool, which isn’t a problem, but the “hot tub” was just an attachment to the pool so it wasn’t hot at all. It would be nice if they would clarify that if you want to have a heated hot tub, you need to pay to heat the pool. The other issue was that the coffee pot where you put the water in the reservoir was completely black and nasty. We tried to clean it, but could not, and finally ended up using something else to make coffee. They need to replace that. Everything else was fine. ##### Laurie B. Close to Disney and has everything you need for an awesome vacation. We came to Florida to watch a college baseball tournament. This home was in a perfect location convenient to all three venues for the tournament. We enjoyed the heated pool and game room every evening. The home is beautifully decorated, immaculate and has a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. There are even beach towels and a cooler to use for a day trip to the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better rental. Gated community and very safe. Hope to return again next year. ##### Rita M. If you are looking for a comfortable house for your family this is the one. The house has a lot of space and it is super organized and equipped with stuff you will need. Toys for the kids, iron, towels and the kitchen’s equipments are very good as well! The pool is amazing and the temperature was just like we expected! The house was clean, and well stocked with anything you might need. It was close to Walmart and Publix, and a short drive to the Disney Parks. We would definitely recommend! Nothing was worn out and everything was spotless. It's in a very nice, quiet gated subdivision with a mix of homeowners and rentals. There is a community clubhouse with a large pool and a small but decent workout room. Very close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to Disney. Owner's suite is huge with a nice private bath and it was separated a little from the other bedrooms upstairs. 2 kids each had their own room & full bath. Could've housed 4 more people easily. Very well stocked with towels/washcloths, hairdryers, flat iron, iron/ironing board, hotel toiletries. Also had a closet w/beach towels & sunblock. You will need to buy Kleenex, extra toilet paper (only 1 roll per bathrm), other paper products. There was laundry soap for 1 load. Kitchen was stocked w/plenty of utensils/dishes/gadgets but unlike some VRBOs, you'll need to buy stuff like sugar, salt/pepper, etc. This was all no big deal to us. Cool garage converted into a game room. Nice pool table, ping pong, foosball. Gaming system w/tv. All in great condition. The only "negative" feedback would be that the pool/hot tub was not heated which was kind of a bummer because I purposely chose this place over a few others because it had a hot tub. It would've been nice to enjoy. Maybe we were supposed to turn on the heater ourselves but we couldn't figure out how to do that. It wasn't a big enough deal for us to feel compelled to call the manager about it though and really had a minor impact on our overall experience. For the great price and quality, it was SO worth it. Yes, it's about a 15-20 min drive to Disney but I'd rather have a whole house in a quiet area I feel safe in away from the crowds vs. a hotel room on the resort.
