It was clean and very comfortable. I got a good night’s sleep every night thanks to the bedroom ceiling fans, comfortable bedding and blackout curtains. Kitchen appliances looked brand new, and it was nice to have body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms already since I forgot mine. Mattresses were very comfortable. Quiet location within the complex for sitting on patio facing woods. Kids playground across the parking lot for families. Now the bad: Poor communication on check-in procedure from the local property manager. The off-site property owner intervened and addressed the issue immediately. The owner is very responsive by chat/phone. However, this unit was very dirty when we arrived. Had to clean kitchen and bath sinks just to feel ok about using them. Both showers have not been cleaned in months. Fuzz/dust balls blowing around on floor. Refrigerator had to be cleaned before using. ##### Cathy B.
