Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.  
  
Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.  
  
Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).  
  
Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.  
  
Soft morning light filters across the single-level villa as you step into a space made for unhurried days. Breezes move through the screened pool area, inviting you to linger outside, while the interior offers quiet corners for reading, relaxing, or gathering with family and friends. Whether you start your day with coffee by the water or unwind in the evening after exploring nearby attractions, the home provides a calm and effortless retreat.  
  
Sleeping arrangements  
Two king master suites offer privacy and comfort, each with its own bathroom, smart TV, and ceiling fan. One suite opens directly to the pool area and features a rain shower and bidet. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the Mickey-themed room with two single beds gives younger guests a playful place to settle in. A queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the family room adds flexibility for families and groups.  
  
Outdoor living  
The private outdoor pool and spa sit within a screened enclosure, creating a relaxing area you can enjoy throughout the year. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. Outdoor seating and a dining area overlook the quiet lawn beyond the enclosure, providing a peaceful place for meals or downtime. A charcoal grill is included, with additional grill options available if you prefer them.  
  
Kitchen and dining  
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials you need to prepare meals, including stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and a coffee maker with both drip and Keurig options. A dining table offers a comfortable spot to share meals, and breakfast is provided to help you ease into each morning.  
  
Entertainment  
The air-conditioned game room encourages fun regardless of the weather, featuring a 65 inch HDTV and a pool table. Smart TVs in the bedrooms and family room offer additional entertainment options, and families will appreciate thoughtful touches such as a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and age-appropriate books and toys.

Fast wifi with verified speeds and a dedicated workspace make it simple to stay connected. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, linens, and a free washer and dryer support a comfortable stay. Storage options include a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser.
