If you're here for Disney, those are all within 20 minutes. The resort grounds are nice and maintained well, with walking paths/sidewalks to the club house/pool area. The pool area was kept clean and the staff was very friendly. The townhouse itself was as listed. We had plenty of room for our family, with a bathroom for each bedroom plus a common bathroom. The house was decorated nicely and was very clean. There is a garage but it would be tight to get a car in there as the washer/dryer and some extra furniture was in there.
