Here are some of them below: A great vacation home, just outside Disney World. 5\* \* \* \* \* We were at this home for a week with our kids and grandkids (8 adults and 7 children). It worked perfectly for us. Great pool and spa and "theater room" with free Netflix all got heavy use when we were there, and all Disney World attractions are literally 10 minutes away. The pool enclosure works particularly well because there is a large, shaded outdoor "room" where the adults could sit and watch the kids in the pool. The house is on a small lake in a very safe neighborhood and pretty setting. We found the owners to be extraordinarily responsive and helpful with our questions. We have stayed at similar vacation properties in Florida in the past and rate this one very highly. BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY - BIRTHDAY VILLA 5\* \* \* \* \* I chose to rent this beautiful villa for my 50th Birthday Celebrations, it did not disappoint. I can go as far as to say, it was certainly the best villa we have ever stayed in. It was much larger than we thought, we had plenty of space for everyone, the kids loved the Movie Room and the Pool. We loved chilling out in the huge Summer kitchen. It was very clean and superbly appointed. I could not have wished for more. Recommended for: Families with young children, Sightseeing, Tourists without a car, Adventure seekers, Families with teenagers FANTASTIC LOCATION - FANTASTIC PROPERTY 5\* \* \* \* \* Our family had the most fantastic stay in this property. The location really is the very best, only a few minutes to Disney and only a few minutes to some great restaurants, catering for all tastes and prices. If you prefer to eat at home, you are spoilt by the variety of Supermarkets to choose from, these are also, only minutes away. The Property is huge and very well maintained it has everything you can imagine and more. The pool area is spectacular and very private overlooking a gorgeous lake. The whole family loved our experience in Formosa Gardens, we would thoroughly recommend this property and can't wait for our return next year. Recommended for: Families with young children, Sightseeing, Girls getaway, Tourists without a car, Adventure seekers, Age 55+, Families with teenagers SIMPLY THE BEST 5\* \* \* \* \* We choose this Villa for our family reunion in July, mainly because it had 9 large bedrooms, a huge outside pool and deck area, a cinema and the furnishings looked beautiful. Upon arrival it did not disappoint, in fact the photos did not do it justice, it really is the best Villa we have ever stayed in. Our family of 16, ranges from 8 years old to 80 years old, yet everyone had the most fantastic time, we spent the first week in the theme parks and thankfully chose to relax for the second week in the villa, we only wish we could have extended our stay. It is so well equipped and spotlessly clean, it is exactly as described and I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. The bonus is it is so close to Disney and just around the corner from some excellent restaurants and supermarkets. Without doubt one of the best locations we have ever stayed in. PERFECT VACATION 5\* \* \* \* \* This house was absolutely perfect for our stay earlier this year. It was very clean and tidy for our arrival and the furnishing were exactly to our taste. The weather was fabulous for the entirety of our stay, we probably used the outside Summer Kitchen and pool more than any other area , the kids loved the slide, everything about this outdoor area with such a large pool made the stay extra special. The house had all the amenities as described and is in a great location, only minutes from some lovely restaurants. Overall, we would be more than happy to return to this property again and highly recommend it to anyone. I cannot express enough gratitude to the owner, Barry, for everything he did to help us enjoy a relaxing, seamless, and truly magical Christmas. This property is exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top‑tier vacation experience.I have rented through VRBO at least 30 times over the past 15 years, and this was by far my best experience yet. There were many reasons for that, but the owner’s personal involvement and commitment to ensuring we were well taken care of truly stood out. This was a last‑minute booking with guests already en route, and the owner was incredibly helpful, understanding, and proactive throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful Christmas stay.The home itself is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. From the expansive outdoor entertainment and pool area to the impressive home theatre room, every space exceeded our expectations. My entire family was amazed by the interior, but with the beautiful weather and such a fantastic outdoor setup, we found ourselves spending most of our time outside. The house was well suited for our group ranging in ages 4-70\. We were so happy with the comfortable beds, the awesome game room/ theater, the pool, the hot tub and and the well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to the parks and we all felt like we had plenty of space to spread out for time away when needed. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this property as well as its owner and management. This home is clean, beautiful, tastefully appointed, and clearly well cared for. The interior is decorated in a way that manages to feel both comfortable and upscale. The bed linens are so soft. All of us enjoyed the mattresses. The bath towels are perfect. The movie room is even better than the photos. Five downstairs bedrooms, four with ensuites was a wonderful touch for our several family members who do not handle stairs well. The kitchen had plenty of seasonings and extras that were wonderful additions to our stay. The screened in pool with water slide was a hit for our entire family. The covered lanai boasts a large outdoor television, a pool table, a fantastic outdoor kitchen, a counter height fire pit dining table with chairs, and a large array of very comfortable seating. We spent most of our free time outside. There is also access to an actual back yard with space to play cornhole or whatever else you might desire. The real piece that makes this property stand out, however, is its owner and management. Barry, the homeowner, is the single best host I have ever dealt with for a vacation rental. He and Jenn, the property manager, are a great team and both clearly care about their property and renters. Barry reached out on a regular basis to make sure we had everything we needed. You absolutely cannot go wrong by renting this home! ##### Amy M. I have been renting homes in Orlando area for over ten years and this is the best. I wish I could have given more stars to communication. Any questions I sent before or during our stay were promptly answered by the home owner, Barry. Seriously replies were within minutes. I believe Barry honestly cares that his home is beyond expectation and he goes the extra mile to help with anything even if it just for advice. I have never stayed in the same place twice, mainly just to try different homes, but we plan to be back same time next year. ##### christine b. The location was perfect and the host was very accommodating. We spent four nights there with three generations of our family and friends before our daughter’s wedding and we enjoyed every minute we were there. My 26 year old son was able to fish right from the back yard and caught several large mouth Bass before releasing then back into the pond. We loved spending time in the heated pool and hotub while enjoying the beautiful view of the pond. The beds were so comfy with quality linens. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed. The movie room is amazing too! The home is located in a safe gated community. A very easy 10-15min drive to Disney parks. Barry was very easy to get in contact with. Barry, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with. Every question we had was answered immediately. He went above and beyond for us. As to the home itself, the kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms are beautiful with super comfortable beds (the high end linens are definitely a plus), the bathrooms are roomy, the theater has an amazing large screen with soft and luxurious seating (all football games were watched there), the pool area was one of my favorites (after cooking during the day, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind), the laundry room was perfect for such a large group as the extra dryer came in very handy. I cannot say enough good things about this home and its owner, Barry. Next FL Thanksgiving will be here again. ##### Irma D. Convenient grocery, restaurants and drugstores. The only downside is we had filled our days with park activities . Upon arrival Barry asked us to make some time to enjoy the house. We watched two football games in the theater and swam late each night. Tremendous amount of private spaces to remote work if needed. We will not have to look for a home to rent at Disney any longer , we found it and are all checking dates for next year. ##### Chris C. This villa can be summed up in one word- Wow! Everything about the property was fabulous- from the welcome basket on arrival to the most luxurious linens in the bedrooms to the stunning view from the outdoor seating. Barry was also amazing from the start of the booking process to the end of the holiday and was quick to respond to any questions we had. A big thank you also to Jen for also being on hand.
