Our condo was the perfect size with three bedrooms and two baths. Everything was so neat and clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed the screened in patio area. The pool was a nice size but because it was December we spent more time in the hot tub. We were located in the back area of the resort so it was very peaceful back there. But even so we were still close to shopping for groceries and gas and restaurants. Maria was wonderful to work with and really went above and beyond to help us out . Nice appliances, plenty of pool towels. We liked that it was tucked away in the back. You could hear street noise from the pool but not from our unit. AC worked great and plenty of kitchen stuff. Unit is very worn. Carpet is dirty and the unit smelled so strongly of dampness that we had to febreeze everything (I know Florida is very humid and has that smell about it but this hit you in the face when you walked in, not a good first impression). Lots of hair in the bathrooms, sticky nightstands needed wiped down and only 1 dishwasher soap for 6 nights. Also only 1 small kitchen trash bag. Next time I will bring a couple of those items myself. Garbage disposal has the wrong drain assembly so you cannot use it. No salt or pepper and there were not grills by the playground. This rental was beautiful! There was plenty of room for a family or several friends to stay together. The pool area was amazing with cabanas if it got too hot. My only complaint was the traffic that we had to sit through to get to and from the Orange County Convention Center. Without the traffic, this VRBO was only 20 minutes away but every day it took about a hour. That’s rough after playing volleyball at the OCCC all day.
