Magic of Disney

Property needs as little TLC but is comfortable and clean. Pool area seating and beds have passed their best! Pool was not clean until 3rd day for entering, hate to think if we had children with us! don't think it was cleaned prior to us arriving. Positive all requests were dealt with!

Way to many surveillance cameras. Really odd! Beware!

To say this place is odd is to say the least. The cameras watching you are everywhere. It was an overload of cameras not just normal safety cameras! You felt like you were being watched like your life was the Truman show. Very odd feeling. Everything was labeled with rules down to the toilets. Alarms would go off every single time you opened the door to the pool but not the door to pool from the bedroom. At night someone would bang on the windows downstairs. It was creepy! There is a park next to the house that people would go to at night to smoke pot even though there were signs saying the park was closed at dusk. You smelled pot from our pool and heard them talking at the park. I’ve stayed at several gated resorts and community’s in Orlando this is the first one I would not recommend!! Please put your money on another house! I wish we did!

Located in a gated community next to a small playground for toddlers and a tennis court- pool table and air hockey in the garage and a screened in pool off the living room - good communication- we had a GF outlet malfunction they replaced it the same day - only problem is you can’t control the temperature in the home - so the night it was in the 50s we froze

Magical Experience

Truly peaceful and relaxing property, from the moments that you step inside a sense of calm comes over you. The bedrooms were clean and the beds are so comfortable that you're likely going to sleep in the first morning. The pool temperature was set perfectly to allow a family swim at night. The appliances are up to date and kitchen has more than enough to prepare your meals. Management is Superb with communication as well!

Disney Vacation Home

The house was in the perfect location for our vacation. It was equipped with everything we needed. Everyone had their own room and we had plenty of space to enjoy and relax in. My only complaint is the thermostat was locked behind a plexiglass window and we couldn’t control the temperature of the home. Someone was kind enough to come adjust it for us earlier in our stay which was helpful as it was a little stuffy upon arrival. However the temperature outside dropped later in our trip and I literally had to wear a coat indoors to remain comfortably warm. Also it would be helpful if there were better instructions on how to operate the TV’s in regards to getting the cable to work. Otherwise we were super pleased with our stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Having access to laundry was nice. Kids felt at home. First time renting a house. Unless we stay at a resort this will be our favorite option.

Great for a large family

We really enjoyed the property and it's amenities. The kids loved that the house had a pool, and enjoyed the park that was right next to the house. The adults had fun in the game room. Overall we had an amazing experience. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyable Family Zone

My Family needed a get away from our busy life style and a more bonding time with the kids, this house was the perfect place for us since it had room enough for all six of us, plenty of game and stuff to keeps kids happy, the pool was an added bonus since the rain cancel some of our planned activities. Over all i will say it was a great experience both for us parents and the kiddos

Great home for a big family!

When we got to the property, we loved the location and the check in/code to get in went great! Just a heads up — be ready to turn the alarm off with the code they email you! When we arrived, my kids were so excited to swim, but unfortunately the pool was very unclean and not able to swim in. We called management who responded quickly, but the pool guys took their time to come out the next morning. Hours later after expected arrival they did clean the pool, but they did shock it so I had to let my kids wait even longer to swim. This was a big deal trying to not let 5 kids not swim for hours. We chose this home specifically for the use of the pool + the space. The home was pretty clean, but there was stickiness on the table and floor and a couple other areas needing some more scrubbing! The beds could definitely be updated, they were all pretty hard and made noises every time you turned. Like others reviews, there are lots of labels telling you all the things, some are definitely unnecessary, but probably helpful for some people. There is also an alarm to the pool that goes off the second you open the sliding door, going in or out, which is very loud and took some getting used to the first couple of days to not wake sleeping children. Overall we were pleased with management, the home was cozy and smelled good, and it slept 10 of us very comfortably! If you can handle some minor annoyances, it’s a great home for your next vacation!

If you have a family that just want to enjoy their stay in peace this is it. The manager responses quickly. Neighbor was quiet, home was exactly like the picture and such a great place to stay. No complaints and no worries about the rules they are easy to follow its just everyday living. Thank you for such a pleasant place to stay.

Disney home away from home

This property was exactly what we needed. We were able to save money and cook. Being a family of 8, we need to worry about cost. It was close enough to Walmart and other places for food. We also had plenty of space for us 8 plus my mom and my father in law. The game room and pook were awesome to refresh and mellow our vacation. The pictures match the house and the description was accurate. If you can no afford to stay on Disney property, this is a fantastic option. The manager was available when needed and the furniture was comfortable. Thank you!!!!

Florida holiday

Property was lovely and served our needs fully. We have been to this location before, hence why we choose this villa in the same location again. Near the shops, easy to get to the parks, quiet area, excellent. My only suggestion for improvement, which may be a cultural thing coming from England and used to this happening in stays in my country, I found it really unusual that you would leaves rules on things like emptying the bins and kicking off the laundry before we checked out without supplying the bags or detergent. I would also expect to be provided with enough toilet rolls for at least one per person. These are suggestions only and it did not detract from the enjoyment of the holiday and how lovely we found the villa

Weekend in Orlando

Property is about 20-30 from Disney Parks, A-LOT of rules and then everything in the house is labeled which just was not welcoming even the toilet… each room had rules and they provide really nothing, bare minimum of everything including toilet paper. The ice dispenser wasn’t working and when I looked up into it, it was moldy,so, do not use the ice maker. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, water pressure was low. Game room was pretty awesome. Overall fine if you are just sleeping and getting up and leaving to go to the parks but not very “homey”. A lot of alarms - and codes. Fine for the price but we will probably not be back to this property based on distance alone.
