You can't get much closer to Walt Disney World and hundreds of restaurant and entertainment spots than Paradise Falls Villa. This executive home in the stunning Emerald Island resort is your one-stop vacation headquarters. The entire 6 bedroom 5 and a half bathroom villa was thoroughly refurbished in the spring of 2020 down to the smallest detail. New furniture, fresh paint, updated décor, and precision attention to every detail await you. Your every need has been considered as the home is outfitted with loving care. No more searching around for places to charge your devices. You will find charging hubs in virtually every room, sometimes more than one! Just bring your cables and leave those bulky plugs at home. Fresh filtered water from the refrigerator, all the starter amenities to get you on your way in the laundry room, the kitchen, and the bathrooms are provided. Grocery stores are so close it's easy to replenish whatever you need. Speaking of great location, you will be just the second home (out of more than 700!) inside the resort community with driveway views of Emerald Island's famous dolphin fountain and a simple walk across the street to the resort clubhouse which features many of Emerald Island's amenities. You can wave to the friendly 24 hour security personnel from the driveway and find the entrance to the community nature trail directly around the corner. You won't need a car for any of the resort's amenities because you are in the best location in the resort! Right outside the resort you will find access to every restaurant and entertainment spot you can imagine. You are right in the heart of everything. Your luxurious pool and spa is absolutely private with tall hedges on the sides and lush green manicured landscape adorned with stunning tropical plants and Emerald Island's magnificent private conservation directly behind the pool. A large covered lanai offers two outdoor dining sets and a comfortable lounge area with overhead fans for your comfort. Enjoy complete serenity as you listen to the soothing sound of dual waterfalls along the back of the pool or the roaring jets of the attached heated spa (pool and spa heat optional). You could spend your entire vacation out here if the rest of the home's executive features were not so inviting. When the kids and kids-at-heart have had enough pool time, enjoy the fully insulated professional home theater and games room. A 100 inch projection screen with built in theater-quality surround sound and reclining leather theater seats bring the authentic theater experience into the home. Enjoy the Star Wars atmosphere of this premier entertainment room featuring custom and limited edition artwork. A functioning wet bar with granite bar top and leather bar seats await you when refreshment is the name of the game. There is enough space to spread out, but also great spaces for everyone to come together. It is well furnished and we had everything we needed. We also felt safe because the gate guards seemed to take access serious. Air Hockey table was a lot of fun. Couldn’t really figure out everything to make the theater work. Would be helpful to have some instructions. Communication with the host was not great. Sometimes responses were immediate and other times we didn’t get responses or they took a very long time. We had a few issues with the pool needing cleaned and not heated (which we paid for). Within a day they had that mostly resolved. But the pool needs a serious scrub cleaning. The lanai over the pool made using the outside spaces much nicer and there were several pool toys for everyone to use. I really liked the short checkout instructions. Many places want you to do everything. They only asked that we put the towels in the utility room and empty the trash. We would definitely stay at this property again. ##### Gary J. The pool was chilly(we didn't add heat) but very nice when the weather was 90degrees. The only real issue we had was with the dryer. It kept giving us a d90 error(which meant it was clogged somewhere)and the team responded quickly and sent someone out. Twice. Unfortunately we continued to get the error during our stay even though maintenance claimed it was working fine, so we didn't get to do much laundry for fear of burning down the house, which was unfortunate. Other than that we had no issues! It was very close to the Disney parks(15min) and pretty close to Universal parks as well(under 30min). Many food options nearby and a grocery store.Not sure I could of asked for a better location! The property was beautiful and we even enjoyed bingo in the community center! ##### Anash T. It was beautifully decorated with hints of disney scattered around. The Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The pool was very nice. The furniture was comfortable and abundant.The movie room was so fun! We had a movie night our last night. A few negatives for our family was it had no instruction book. We didnt kniw how to turn hottub on until our 3rd day. The waterfalls in pool had mold and it smelled musty in certain parts of the pool. The biggest issue for us was communication. We normally stay with a private owner and this was a corporation and it definately felt different. The negatives were not enough to make us not return though. Small issue with storms tripping the pool filter, but property management was fantastic all week and had someone out right away. Proximity to stores, restaurants was helpful. It is in a very well-kept and quiet development. The house was very clean, organized and spacious and there were so many places to sit and relax. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked we were able to prepare meals easily. We really enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing by the pool. The property management was excellent and any question I sent was immediately answered no matter what day or time. This was extremely appreciated. Six adults stayed at this home 12 days during Christmas holidays. It was charmingly decorated with Disney theme accents. We had no children in our group, but it is perfect for families with children as well as adults. Everything you could possibly need to cook and serve a big holiday dinner was available in the spacious kitchen. The only issue we had was with the hot tub jets not working, but the host was responsive when we contacted him about it. It is only minutes to Disney, Universal and many other attractions. I would consider it again, and I would recommend it to other groups of up to 12. ##### Constance P. The home was wonderful & overall communication was great with the property management! Hurricane Milton caused some hiccups and there was good communication about that as well as letting us know we could extend our stay, if necessary (which we did)! Everything was clean and we were able to check-in early. There was some confusion about what was needed to receive the access code, so make sure you sign the contract, send a picture of your diver license and have a credit card of file before you go. I had to deal with that the day before we left and it was a bit stressful. Other than that, the house was great - had everything you need.
