It’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app for driving times, as they differ depending on the time of day. Other Things to Note: The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April. Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this rental. We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more. BBQ grill rental is available for an extra charge & must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge. To request this service, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES \- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty. \- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. \- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds. \- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. \- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or anytime during their stay. \- Please avoid moving furniture. \- Pets are not allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum. Interaction with Guests: You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided within 24 hours before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week.
