After a long day in the parks or other Central Florida attractions, you'll love your very own pool and spa,complete with chaise loungers and two dining tables; a perfect spot to enjoy sunny days in Orlando. Fully equipped laundry, with washer and dryer and Wi-Fi are also included.

Optional pool heat is available at $250 + tax (4 day minimum). We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

You will get to enjoy FREE access to the Oasis Clubhouse in the ChampionsGate resort which features a water park including:
Lazy river, Kids splash pad, Large slides, Quiet pool, Air conditioned cabanas, Movie theater, Fitness center, Restaurant, and much more!

Windsor Island Resort! An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. The amenities will be some of the best in the area. This brand new resort is still under construction. The clubhouse and amenities are scheduled to be complete by Fall 2021 (Please note these are not yet open).

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -
1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.
