We have a great selection of privately owned condos and townhouses available in the Disney area, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and My Home Away is a great example of that. Why My Home Away Less than a 1 minute walk to the main community pool Less than 2 miles from Walt Disney World Features a King size master suite Full size washer and dryer in unit Free high speed Wi-Fi Gated community for extra safety Shopping and restaurants in walking distance All towels, linens and crockery provided Very competitively priced, this well appointed home offers fantastic value for money providing, as it does, plenty of living space, an Olympic size community pool, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World. My Home Away sleeps 8 people comfortably, housing 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, including one on the ground floor with a bathroom right opposite, and a pull out Queen sofa. The owners have tried very hard to make the home feel like a home away from home, hence the name, and not just feel like another standard vacation rental, and we think they succeeded. This well equipped townhome is a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom home and offers 1187 sq ft of living space which provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort pool provides a nice option for those who are more energetic! Located less than a one minute walk from the main pool area, My Home Away is East facing which means you can enjoy the gentle morning Sun from the comfort of your your private patio which has furniture available for you. As you would expect, this lovely home also comes extremely well equipped. It has many nice features, all of which adds to the appeal of what has become an extremely popular rental. Decorated very nicely throughout, the home just feels like a home away from home and many guest comment on how comfortable they find it. Customer feedback is important, and while some guests do prefer full resort facilities, many just want to feel relaxed and My Home Away definitely has that vibe. It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, and though we do prefer to restrict occupancy to 6 to preserve the condition of the home, this home can sleep 8 due to the pull out sofa yet still does not feel over crowded. The bedrooms consist of one king size master which is on the second floor but has full en-suite facilities, a queen room which is very nicely decorated at the other end of the hallway, and a third bedroom, also a Queen, which is on the ground floor just next to the kitchen. There is a shared bathroom on each floor, making 3 full bathrooms in total, so there is plenty of room for the whole family! We should add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home. My Home Away also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 55" smart flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and each bedroom also has it's own flat screen TV. \*Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access, offered complimentary to all Evergreen guests. After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal. A patio door from the living area leads onto a private patio furnished with a table and chairs. Facing to the East, you can enjoy the rising sun in the early morning, perhaps enjoying a spot of breakfast too as you plan your next adventure!. My Home Away has proven to be incredibly popular over the years and really is an impressive option for all the family, from those who consider location to be important, to others who just want the opportunity to relax. Incidentally, for those who have difficulty with stairs, this ground floor unit has that covered too thanks to the first floor bedroom. We stayed here for a 4-day trip to Disney and Universal. Quick drive to Disney from the location. Very clean and plenty of space for the family. Only recommendation would be for the property management to leave a few more basic supplies (trash bags, dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, etc). This is such a minor cost, but makes a big difference in the quality of the stay when I don't have to run to the store to buy large quantities of supplies I don't need for a 4-day vacation. ##### John C. We could spot some debris and garbage on the sides and under the couch.Also the cabinet doors on the kitchen were kind of stuck and hard to open. And the back door holding with a piece of wood don't give the best impression. On the upper floor there was some dust on the bed cover, and the hair drier was not working.As I sais it was a good experience, but a better cleaning service could improve it to excellent. ##### Adriano G. Ideal for non drivers as parks are easily and reasonably accessible via uber and Lyft. Walmart is close by, 10 minute walk. House is well situated within the residential area, right next to the gates which makes uber /Lyft pick up easy.Nice quiet clean pool just a few steps away which we used for a few hours on non park mornings/afternoons. Our stay was very nice and the neighborhood was always quiet. We didn't take advantage of the neighborhood amenities but we all slept very well and the showers were great too with nice water pressure and temperature changes. It was so close to the Disney parks and everything we needed during our stay. The only issue we had was that the lock battery died and left us unable to lock the condo on exit. We found this out on Mother's Day. The management company was great. They got it fixed that day while we were at the Magic Kingdom. ##### Laurie E.
