First night in the hotel an unexpected guest entered our room in the form of a cockroache, who during the 2 week stay proceeded to invite his friends round to visit. The most fun I had was switching on the hairdryer only to be hit in the face by an airborne cockroache. The carpet in the room looked like it hadnt been hoovered since the late eighties. My son spilt some cereal on his sheet, we only noticed 2 days later that the stain was still there, needless to say we didn't leave a tip for housekeeping.

Terrible stay - worst hotel ever!!!

My family and i travel to Florida every year and we stayed here in 2013 and it was an enjoyable experience so we booked again. We don’t mind basic hotels when travelling to Florida as we prefer to spend as much time as we can in the parks so we’re used to basic, however, we still expect minimum standards of cleanliness and service. This hotel had neither. The hotel is severely run down and in need of refurb. Rooms are in a poor state of repair and facilities are very poor. I know you get what you pay for but this was bad! We booked for online for a 21 night stay. After 5 nights we had had enough and booked in elsewhere at the earliest date we could. We stayed a total of 9 nights. There were so many problems with our stay, on their own some of the below might have been forgiveable but together i felt i had to post and warn people. It’s a disgrace that Expedia is offering this hotel. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! At first i thought these issues may have been isolated to our stay only, however, on reading other reviews i see many other guests have complained about exactly the same problems over recent months so clearly this is not isolated to just us during our short stay. When we booked out early, we were not asked about our stay or why we were leaving so early. Really poor service. CONS: - Room rarely cleaned or made up - Terrible housekeeping - Room chair broken - Toilet rolls not replaced - Towels removed each morning and not returned until after 10pm (sometimes not at al

Pros: A televisão funcionava e tinha água quente....
Cons: Reformar tudo. Troca o piso. Fazer a cafeteira funcionar. funcionários que falem inglês e não o idioma de Marte. Toalhas. Ar que não desse alergia...

1. O hotel lembra o filme O Iluminado.... Achei que veria as duas meninas no fim do corredor. Apavorante... 2. A fechadura do nosso quarto simplesmente não abria nunca. Perdi a conta das vezes que pedimos um cartão novo... Nem a faxineira conseguia abrir e NINGUÉM se ofereceu para nos trocar de quarto 3. Atendimento péssimo da recepção. Pareciam não dar a mínima para vc. 4. O quarto era limpo mas....... As toalhas soh chegavam lá pelas 20:00... Se vc quisesse tomar banho ou ia implorar por uma na recepção ou pegava da piscina. 5. Não tem café da manhã isso já sabia. Mas o q oferecem, a $5,99 no "restaurante" anexo ao hotel que mais parece uma cozinha de boteco de tão escuro e feio, não vale nem um dólar. Não tem pão. As frutas são poucas e vem cortadas em pedaços mínimos e com casca. Já comeu um pedacinho de melão com casca?? As bebidas são por fora então o preço vai lá em cima. Uma droga 6. O quarto eh velho e decadente com cortinas de plástico, banheira encardida e pia velha. O quarto eh de carpete que dá nojo até de pisar. O cofre não tem fechadura (!) e as camas tinham travesseiros empelotados. Nenhum interesse numa reforma simples, que já daria um outro aspecto 7. Eh perto de tudo, mas QUALQUER hotel em Orlando eh perto de tudo. Basta ter carro 8. Esqueçam o Wi-Fi. Nunca se conseguia conexão e quando aparecia , a alegria não durava 2 minutos. Não sou de fazer avaliações mas esse foi sem dúvida o pior hotel de todos q já fiquei. E não foram poucos.

NO hot water! NASTY staff! Dirty! mattress bugs!

Paid 21 days a room with 2 double beds for me and my two teenager boys, left on 3rd day.Terrible hotel! couldn't sleep, because air condition was so laud noisy in the room! asked staff to change room, the first night, staff gave a room only with ONE bed for 3 of us, let us wait for next morning for another room with 2 beds check out ! but then,manage deliberately let us wait for almost whole day until 4PM, they said because rooms need clean. I don't understand why they waited all rooms been cleaned. I just need one room, previous staff said early morning, any room checked out, we could change it. then the manager &staff in front desk, just bad attitude to us! they certainly NOT like complaint because too many complaints every day and they deliberately giving customer hard time! after wasted all ay, they gave us even worse room, with a big loud noisy machine under window, opposite lift!, when customers complained to them, staff walked away, or put phone down, said manager not available for whole day . Look at their reviews,customers complained so much!!. it just joke!! Nothing is 3 star! extrem dirty. after suffering 3 days no hot water in this hotel, we found in front desk over 20 people were complaining not only water, also mattress bugs, noisy, dirty, smelly rooms. when we asked leave, they said wont refund. until contacted Expedia. then only refund less $25 per day unused days. KEEP AWAY!

Cons: the staff needs to let customer know if any problems is going on and if so they could make other arrangements if they need to
Location: the location is good alot of stuff around to do ....
when we got there the room looked ok but the hall way had a bad smell in it . we found out that a pipe had busted 3 to 4 weeks early ..we got up the next day and went to the ice machine and it had mold in it then i went back into our room and i found a big pushed in area at the bottom of the wall by my bed ( 12 in round ) and the base board and wall was rotten and had mold in it to we told the management.. it had been there for a while.. they did not see it not even the staff when cleaning. we were there less then (24 hours ) and they had ( no more rooms so we had to find an other hotel ) and we did so we had to leave . the manager told me ( i would get a full refund back ) on the hotel room ...also i have pictures to back up what im saying i took alot of pics ..so that is my experience at this hotel ...and my sister has allergies to mold and she got a little sick but got better after we left ...so i need ( my money return to my account ) for this room because i had to go and did not stay there and i was out more money for an other hotel room so i would not stay there again ...i hope to here back from u all soon about this matter also i have called a few times ...take care Ray

Joke of the century!

This was the most worst experience that I have ever had since traveling. No toilet paper, no response to requests, room was musky and damp, toilet didn't work and was told we had to wait til morning before anything could be done. Request a mother room, none available. Roaches running rapid and told to deal with it!

Cons: lots!!
The half star only because Wi-Fi was provided promptly (even before the check-in) and swimming pool was decent. However, there are a number of things that were dis-satisfactory or simply unacceptable: 1. Check-in time was listed as 3pm at the time of reservation but I couldn't check in 'til after 4:30pm. 2. My room door didn't lock properly but neither was it fixed nor was I provided another room. 3. The safe in my room didn't have a key - even after asking 3 times, it was never provided. 4. Hallways were smelly and didn't look clean. 5. There was no water for few hours on my first day. 6. Even after water was turned on afterwards, I had NO hot water throughout my stay. 7. The faucet was broken and bedsheets didn't look clean - something bit me couple of times while lying on the bed. 8. There were roaches and ants in the room - small ones, nevertheless I had to work on getting rid of them. 9. Housekeeping didn't replace all the towles or replace the sugar/cream for coffee/tea. 10. Front-desk staff was disrespectful and not helpful. Most of the time, they laughed off any concerns/complaints that were brought to them.

The 0.5 star only for getting quick access to Wi-Fi (even before the check-in) - otherwise, here are number of things I was disappointed with: 1. A great hotel on international drive

It was our first family vacation in Orlando. We didn't want to spend a lot of money for a hotel because we only needed a place to sleep. I've created an account on expedia and did my research on hotels. This is the website where I found this hotel for $22 per night and it was worth it. We stayed for 2 weeks and the total amount was only $370. Where in the world would you find a great deal like this, right?? It was the price for a standard room. My husband did his research before we went on this trip and most of the comments were negative about this hotel but out of my own experience I must say that this is a basic hotel. So don't expect things to be perfect all the time. There were some flaws when we were there e.g the cleaner forgot to put a new garbage bag or the water heater was not working properly. These were just small things and it didn't bother us at all. Everyday the room was cleaned. Got clean towels as well(everyday). I will be staying in this hotel again on my next orlando vacation and I will recommend this hotel to others.

No hot water on last day

No hot water for last 36 hours of our stay. Desk staff was not friendly and hardly talked. Checkin was not until 4pm. Lobby and halls had no a/c and was very hot during high 90's weather. The hotel is outdated was not as clean as it could have been. The only bright spot was that cleaning staff did a fantastic job on our room and even folded our kids blankets. The Black Angus restaurant next door was supposed to offer a $4.99 breakfast to hotel guests and then gave us a bill for a much higher price. The server tried to tell us the price had changed. The correct price was still on the sign near the door and we had to make them honor it. Very dishonest. Overall the stay was below average for a tourist area.
