The customer service was outstanding. They assisted with checking us in early, letting us stay past check out time and printing documents for our cruise. Property is a little dated, but clean.

Property is very dated. The lobby near parking lot smelt very musty. The bed was horrible. When one person moved the other person felt it. Pillows very flat. Needed two pillows to make one. The air conditioning was working, but it was still very stuffy. The forth night there we came back to the room to smell cigarette smoke. We discovered it was coming in through the washroom vent. Staff taped up the vent which resolved the issue. Unsure if they addressed who was smoking. There was one microwave for the entire hotel to use. The swimming pool towels were very small & thin.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. As soon as we got to our room, it smelled like cigs or must. I called the front desk to tell them and they said it was impossible because they have cameras. I asked if we can change rooms and he said none were available although the parking lot was basically empty. The carpet was absolutely disgusting. The hallway had mold (most likely what we smelled). The tv didn’t work. It looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned. Next day we ordered breakfast and didn’t receive utensils. When I went down to the restaurant to get some, they made me wait forever and then only handed me 1. They refused to give me more although there was 4 of us. I went to the front desk to ask and the lady had a fit telling me that she didn’t have any. Later on we went to the pool which was FREEZING (although advertised “heated pool”) and the jacuzzi had algae. I called the front desk to ask about the heated pool and she yelled at me and hung up. I’ve never encountered such rude people and nastiness at a hotel before like I experienced here.

Do NOT stay here. The staff is terrible. Treat you like an interruption and not a guest. Outdated and empty, but you would think they don't need the business with when approach. Ignored me repeatedly to check I guest that came after me, I can only assume it was due to nationality as those guests spoke Portuguese and I did not. Asked for extra towels, absolutely not, only allo ed 2 per room every 2 days. Vending machines outdated and they do not give change for the machine. No water except for out of the fountain. Terrible beds. No eminities whatsoever. Stay away.

Great location. Quick Uber ride to Universal or Disney. Perfect for one night. The hotel itself is outdated, but if you just need somewhere to rest for the night this is your place. The pool looks updated but we didn’t have the pleasure to enjoy.

It was a solid stay, you get what you pay for & i didnt have any problems with staff or property functions ovr at all. Its a nice area of orlando, and if your looking for a little vacation in a safer area, and on a budget this is the place for you imo. Only thing i can really say, was the weight room had little to no real workout equipment and as soon as you enter the building it smelt oddly old. But other than that a solid stay & would definitely recommend.

Terrible service, if you don’t tell them to clean your room they won’t do it. Floor and sheets were disgusting and dirty. Staff was rude.

I had a good time there, was very quiet, you won't see much employees or other guests..The only thing I can say is that the hotel needs a bit of an update, carpets, beds, curtains etc. It looks very dated, but was clean and everything was working.

It’s a big property! It was quiet when I was there. I appreciated the modest breakfast they had and everything was kept very clean. A ways off the beaten path but with good amenities. They even had a cash machine which was very helpful.
