We need time to clean the property for next guest. g) Extra Cleaning Fee: If guest leaves the property too dirty and/or messy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. This also applies to the use of glitter, confetti, silly string, water balloons, bath bombs or hair dye, which are not allowed at this property. h) Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. Upon entering it was very clean and exactly what the pictures look like. We were near the elevator and trash chute but you would have never known it. The condo is right next to the pool and a walk away to the bigger pool with the lazy river. We went to Disney 5 days out of our 10 day stay and all parks were within 15 mins from the condo, which was very nice! Publix and Walmart were 5 mins away. The communication with the host was quick. We give a 10/10 for this property and will definitely be staying here again! ##### Curtis C. The water park was not what we expected as the lazy river and slides were not heated. There was also no towels to use while at the pool, you were expected to bring your own. Most disappointed was in the master bedroom. The frame of the bed was broken so the bed was tilted. Even after pictures and reaching out for help, we only received a 20% refund but not on the totel price. Unfortunately, this was not one of our better stays. ##### sara b. Storey Lake is a huge development but we love the location of this condo because it is right next to the small pool, where we spent most of our time, and within walking distance of the large pool and clubhouse. Our stay this time was no different. We really like how close the grocery store is and how easy the access is to it. Parking has never been a problem. House was clean when we arrived and comfortable while we stayed there. Only thing that we missed out on was the qr code to be able to access the security gate easier our first time through.
