Clean, quiet, safe and good communication with the owner as the Hurricane had just come through a few days earlier and he let us know that everything was fine there. Close to the pool and an easy walk/drive to water park. It was nice to have the water park included but you aren’t allowed to bring in outside food or drinks and you can guess the prices for their food options were astronomical. Close to shopping and restaurants but needed a car to get there. The only issue we had was the washer didn’t work which was a hassle since we packed lightly thinking we had laundry. The property manager was notified the night before but wasn’t able to get to us until the next day to fix it. He wanted to come late the following evening (6:30p) and we had to leave early so we opted to not have it looked at. Otherwise, I would recommend this place for families with kids. ##### Samira l. The sleeping situation was great for our family and the space was very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable!! Our kids (ages 8 and 10) loved the Mickey bedroom and the bunk beds. They also really loved having a tv in their own room! The pool area was great and a close 5 minute walk from the condo. We visited Universal and it was just a short 20 minute drive away. We absolutely loved this property! The location was perfect and in walking distance to one of the pools. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was close to grocery stores and other eating places as well. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any of our questions. Such a pretty condo and very clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen supplied most anything you would need. The host is very communicative and check in/out super simple. We were 4 adults there for a concert at Amway Center and found the location convenient for most anything we wanted to do. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.
