Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, this fully furnished retreat features a private screened-in pool, a sizzling BBQ grill, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to cook, connect, and create lasting memories. As a guest, you'll enjoy access to premium resort-style amenities, including a thrilling water park, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a stylish clubhouse, and a nearby golf course. Additional guest parking is available near the house on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure that all vehicles are parked only in designated parking areas. ATTENTION: This house has no hot tub; the jets and jacuzzi area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made.
