The place was well appointed, thoughtfully decorated, clean, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding and the vrbo was almost half the price of the hotel recommended by the wedding couple. The only hiccup we had was that the description said that toiletries, like soap and shampoo, would be included, so we purposely didn't pack those items.
