Enjoyable stay
Check in process was easy, communication before and whilst on holiday was outstanding. We had a few minor issues but were cleared up and dealt with quite promptly as there was a USA holiday whilst we were there and the property owner and manager both helped to solve the issue. Location is good on the 192, however we used to use Funie Steed Road, less traffic lights and not so busy at peak times. We would stay here again.

Perfection!!!
This house was perfect! 3 master suites! And every bed in the house was comfortable which is rare! Very clean and had everything we needed! Plenty of linen and toiletries upon arrival to get you started including laundry detergent. Super quiet neighborhood and short dive to attractions

Property is easy to find and is located in a quiet, un-gated community. House is spacious and has 3 en-suite bedrooms that offered privacy. Two other bedrooms shared a bathroom that was also accessible from pool area. Pool and hot tub was heated and even in 40 degree temperatures overnight, was very warm. We did have some problems with the house alarm beeping a few times. After contacting property management, we discovered the issue was due to a low battery on a sensor that had to be replaced by the alarm company. Unfortunately due to the holiday weekend, the alarm company was unable to come out. It was annoying but just one of those things that can happen. We would highly recommend this property. Super clean and comfy beds.

Fall Break
The location was great as it was not in the middle of the hustle that is part the of the charm of the Orlando area. However, management had to be contacted due to there being things in the property that were not satisfactory. There were ants and in the kids rooms, the hot tub lights were out and several other minor issues. Management sent pest control out immediately and maintenance to address the hot tub light. I will say management quick response to these concerns was awesome which allowed us to enjoy our time there. Despite our rocky start I would stay at this property again.

Great location
Lovely villa, just 15 mins to Disney. Had problem with internet and pool owner was great with short response time and kept us informed. Villa needs a deep clean, floor was dusty but a quick hoover sorted it. However we did on final day clean up find things under bed and mattress in the Mickey room. Overall loved this Villa and wouldn't let this put us off booking again

Disney family time
This home is located close to the Disney Parks and has a lot of restaurants and shops close by. Offers a lot of space to relax and enjoy yourself. David the property manager is very quick to assist if any issues come up.

Comfortable home for large family
We enjoyed our stay and the host property manager was very responsive to our needs during our stay and replaced the BBQ as soon as we discovered an issue. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. TIPS for future guests: Turn on wifi calling, it was almost impossible to make calls with our AT&T service. We could not locate a can opener but kitchen was well stocked with other dishes and utensils. Heat is set at 73 but there was a box fan in the garage to help move air when the house felt warm.
