Be our guest! Our Disney themed “Minnie Mansion”, 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom pool home is meticulously clean and newly renovated. It offers luxurious and spacious living for families visiting the Orlando area theme parks - it's only a short, 12 mile drive away from Mickey and all his friends, located on the fabulous Champions Gate Resort.  
Six bedrooms including THREE awesome themed bedrooms await the fun seeking members of your family.  
  
\*1st Floor\*  
King Suite:  
Our spacious 1st floor King Bedroom Suite offers a 55” 4k smart TV, large closet and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. It is equipped with USB hub chargers on the nightstands.  
Queen Suite:  
Our beautiful Queen Bedroom Suite on the 1st floor offers a 55” 4k smart TV, large closet and en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. It is equipped with USB hub chargers on the nightstands.  
Kitchen:  
The Mickey themed kitchen is equipped with you in mind, ensuring it feels like a true getaway. It has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We know how important a good cup of coffee is and provide a large Keurig machine and coffee pot. There is a Mickey waffle maker, kettle, Mickey crock pot, and plenty of pots, pans and baking sheets. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals.  
The breakfast bar has seating for four while the dining room table has seating for eight.  
Family Room:  
Relax by the cultured stone fireplace in our open concept family room watching your favorite show on the 75” 4K Smart TV with ample seating for the entire family.  
Pool:  
To complete your experience outside you will find an inviting Nemo & friends themed covered lanai complete with heated pool and bubbling spa, outside dining table with chairs and sun loungers, 4K Smart TV as well as a giant Connect 4 and giant Jenga game. There are outdoor plates and glasses for the patio area. There’s also a bbq for your use, (we recommend hamburgers and hotdogs because fish are friends not food 😂) with the first tank of propane on us, so just keep grilling!  
Game Room:  
Game the night away in our climate controlled black light Marvel themed game room featuring the World’s Largest Pac-Man / Galaxia Arcade game and its HUGE, 108″ LED screen. There’s two 65” Flatscreen TVs, X-Box, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch ready docking bay, Foosball table, Air hockey, Basketball and arcade games. There’s plenty of board games for rainy days or play our own Hidden Mickey game hidden throughout the house and win a prize from us!  
Laundry Room:  
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer available for your use to make a longer vacation easier to pack for. There’s also an iron and ironing board.  
\*2nd Floor\*  
Peter Pan bedroom:  
Never grow up and fly off to Neverland in our Peter Pan themed bedroom. This room boasts Captain Hook’s Jolly Roger full size bed docked along the twin Dream & Magic boat bunkbeds! Watch movies on the 55” 4k smart TV with twinkling stars above you.  
Princess bedroom:  
Sleeping beauty can dream the night away under the stars in our Princess castle bunkbed with 4 twin beds and a slide. Stay up past midnight watching movies on the 43” 4k Smart TV.  
Toy Story bedroom:  
Join Woody, Buzz and the rest of the gang in Al’s Toy Barn. Our Ultimate Toy Story room is perfect for children of all ages! Climb up the wooden blocks to get to the twin size bunk and slide down to the queen size bed. Watch TV with the Little Green Men on our 55” 4k Etch A Sketch.  
Primary Bedroom:  
The upstairs primary bedroom has a King size bed, huge walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub. There’s a 55” 4k Smart TV. USB hub chargers on the nightstands.  
Loft:  
The upstairs movie area has an 85” 4k Smart TV with a sound bar and leather seating for everyone to play on the Nintendo and Sega Genesis game systems.  
  
Ariel's Grotto bathroom:  
Take a journey under the sea in Ariel’s gadget filled grotto bathroom after a long day at the parks.  
Extras:  
For our youngest travelers the home is equipped with a high chair, stroller, and pack n play. There’s outlet covers, retractable baby gates on the stairs, a pool alarm and child safety fence by the pool.  
  
We offer towels in all of the bathrooms and extras in the linen closet. Large pool towels are also available, rolled and placed by the pool with extras placed in the laundry area.  
There is no daily housekeeping service however additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee  
Our home is just a short walk to the clubhouse. We provide the following for your starter kit, after that you are responsible for the replacements during your stay. Paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, one bar of soap in each bathroom, one garbage bag in each garbage can, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, dish soap for the dishwasher, laundry detergent pods for the washing machine. As per Florida state law we are not allowed to leave opened food in the refrigerator or kitchen closets. We are near many grocery stores and there is every amenity imaginable nearby.  
With all of this and more, nothing has been overlooked! Our home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your Florida vacation in style. Spend days relaxing on vacation alongside the sparkling clear pool, or step inside to cool down in our Minnie Mansion! Be our guest and make memories with your family to last a lifetime!

Champions Gate is a 24 hour, security gated community with many amenities. The 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis clubhouse is simply stunning and world-class. It features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, Tiki bar, movie theatre and business center along with a playground and volleyball courts. #### Grandparent 70 th bday celebration

This home and our experience with Christine was outstanding. Our family - adults and children- were delighted with the home. It is maintained beautifully and the decor will delight every child- I promise! Christine was responsive to my questions immediately. To illustrate her warmth and helpfulness... We were in Orlando when Tropical Storm Nicole was announced and our flight was canceled. Christine moved her incoming guests to a different home so we could stay until the airport reopened. And she did it with warmth and grace. I highly, highly recommend Christine and her properties to you.

#### Great 2022 Family Vacation

We would like to extend our gratitude to Christine. She was very prompt, responsive to our needs from check-in to our last day. The kids enjoyed the game room and the little guy enjoyed the slides in the rooms. My husband enjoyed going from the family room to the loft watching television. I enjoyed the spa, pool and lunch on the back porch while enjoying the television. There was something for everyone to enjoy. We are definitely going to be future vacation home renters for one of Christine properties!!! Thanks Again for allowing us to make great memories for our Family’s 2022 Disney Vacation.

#### Amazing!

This was an absolute gem! We loved every minute of our stay at the Minnie Mansion. From the minute we walked into the door until the moment we left, we were amazed at the decor and the quality and attention to detail that was spent on every single room. It was AMAZING! Our three children absolutely loved all of the themed rooms and slept in a different room each night. Their favorite? The Peter Pan room! The game room was another huge hit and they loved playing air hockey and Pac Man on the GIANT board! The board games, mini bowling, and giant connect 4 games were also well enjoyed. The pool area was adorable and very clean. The owners graciously provided floats and toys for us to use as well. We also enjoyed the Clubhouse with the splash pad and lazy river during our stay. We spent 2 days there enjoying cold drinks, the water, and lots of sun! We really enjoyed working with Christine before, during, and even after our trip. She was an amazing hostess and was quick to respond to any questions, concerns, or needs we had. We loved this house and will definitely be booking another stay soon! Thank you for opening your home to our family.

#### Outstanding Vacation!

This house has so many amenities that even a two week visit wouldn’t cover them all. Christine was very attentive and quick to answer when we needed something. The house had so many things for all ages. My children and grand-babies loved this place. They often asked if we could just end our day at Disney early so they could go back to the house to play. Very clean and had all you need for a fun Disney trip without the headache of packing all the extras like strollers, pack and play and high chair. The pool gave us some great playtime. What can I say about the community amenities? Oh my! The community pool area was amazing. Spent one whole day there with cold frosty drinks, lots of sun, the lazy river and the slides. Out of this world fun. We will be back. Thank you Christine for an amazing trip.

#### AMAZING SPACE WITH AMAZING OWNERS

After traveling all day with 3 small children only to leave another property because it was filthy with very little support, we found this GEM. The owners were so accommodating and supportive and their house has absolutely everything and more. It is very clean and well maintained, the bedrooms are all wonderful, the themed ones in particular spared no expense in terms of quality and detail, and the little perks like board games and fully equipped kitchen were amazing. We were able to contact the owners directly with any concerns and built a GREAT rapport. I cannot recommend this house enough! We look forward to our return!

#### Perfect vacation house

Our travel was, let's just say, miserable. This house made our trip totally worth it! There is so much attention to detail throughout the entire place. Especially in the kid rooms. The owner is super quick to respond to any questions and is very helpful. If we ever return to the area, I will definitely be booking with her again.

#### Best house! We loved it!

We just returned from our time in Orlando. We had such a wonderful time. We spent a couple of days in the parks but also wanted some relaxation time. The house was such a pleasure to stay and relax in. We all loved it - the adults and the kids aged 5-17! When my younger kids saw the themed rooms they were literally jumping around with excitement! The game room was such a hit. The Pac Man/Space invaders game was unbelievable. I’ve never seen anything like it. My boys spent a lot of time on the Xbox and PlayStations and we all enjoyed foosball, air hockey and the basketball game. The pool/spa is gorgeous and so clean. The owners kindly also provided inflatable rings for the pool which were a lot of fun. The outside patio is lovely and we used the Weber grill on a couple of nights and loved the giant Connect four game and Jenga!! All the details in the house were so well thought out. The walls are decorated with the cutest Disney themed pictures and there are cute decals everywhere. The owners even had boxes of really good board games to use. Christine is the owner of the house and was an absolute pleasure to deal with before and during the trip. She responded to all our needs right away and was so friendly and helpful. We really had such a positive experience and will be recommending the house to our friends.

#### It was amazing!! Lots of wonderful reminders of all things disney

The Minnie Mansion is wonderful in every way and in a great location! Our entire family stayed here. We had so much fun. The house was extremely clean and the themed rooms were amazing!! The kids absolutely screamed when they saw the bedrooms and arcade game room with the giant Pac-man game. Every room in the house is beautiful. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure and communication was effortless. The clubhouse with the water park and lazy river was a great addition to our stay. The kids loved it!! To sum it up we had an incredible time, my expectations were exceeded. We go to Orlando several times a year and are definitely booking this home again! I highly recommend this property. You will not regret your decision.
