2) INTERNET DETAIL: Provider Spectrum with up to 1Gbs speed Wi-Fi. (wireless speeds may vary)  
  
3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.  
  
4) PRIVATE POOL & SPA DETAILS: Southwest-face pool. Deep end 4Ft  
This property is equipped with the pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for $35.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days.   
If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start. For units with Pool & Spa (Little pool attached to the main pool), please note that the water system is the same for both - they're connected, and the water circulates between them. Also, keep in mind that the Pool’s Spa is not a Hot Tub.   
  
5) Grills are not allowed on the property.  
  
6) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.  
  
7) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit. Safety fence around the pool.  
  
8) Baby Items (complimentary for all stays): Pack n' Play & Stroller & High Chair & Baby security gate   
  
9) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.   
  
10) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we’ll do our very best to remedy the situation.  
  
11) For Uber/Lyft/Door dash or other similar services: Drivers will need to provide a photo identification and proof of requested service to gain access to the community.  
  
12) Guests must provide an email in order to receive the host communication as such as the contract for signature and the check in instructions.

Throughout your visit, you are free to enjoy the clubhouse facilities of the resort. Mini golf, kayaks, and gazebos are subject to a fee from the community; ask about specific costs at the clubhouse front desk.  
Please be advised that certain activities, such as special events, seasonal activities, renting sporting items, or other activities, may incur additional charges from the clubhouse administration.

Storey Lake Resort is a brand-new luxurious vacation community located just 4 miles to the magical world of Disney and just minutes from Universal, Sea World and many other water parks in the area.  
  
Spectacular outlet shopping are minutes away and two of the Top 10 outlet malls in the country are also nearby. If you prefer a popular chain restaurant or the mood is for some fine dining, it will be a quick drive from the resort.  
  
In addition to having an unmatched location, Storey Lake offers top-notch amenities around its featured clubhouse “The Hideway Club” as the fitness center, poolside dining and bar, resort heated pool and spa, lazy river, mini golf, water slides, splash pad and kayak rentals. Come to have amazing and unforgettable memories on your vacation with your family, friends and loved ones on this fantastic resort!

El alojamiento nos encantó, muy limpio, amplio , cómodo para nuestra familia de 7\. Muy bien ubicado. Los niños adoraron la piscina. Nos entraron los atardeceres en este lugar y todos los anímales que pudimos ver en el lago. Lo recomiendo 100%. Y seguro regresamos

Overall, my family made do, but this is not a property I would choose to stay at again. The accommodations looked as pictured, but it’s clear the home has seen some use, and in my opinion, a few items should be replaced.At the Hideaway, the kids’ splash pad had little to no functioning water features during our visit, and the water pressure was very low. On a positive note, the main pool at the Hideaway Club was great and nicely heated. Entry with our QR code was quick and easy, and the same goes for gate check-in.The family seating area in the home was very low to the ground, making it difficult for my grandmother to enjoy. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows felt more decorative than functional. Although we requested the private pool to be heated, that never happened. On the bright side, the pool area was safely gated.The outdoor seating was limited and not very comfortable. The planters around the property were filled with dead plants, which didn’t help the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the vibe just wasn’t there.

This is a great property! Its in a wonderful neighborhood and close to Universal, Disney and Sea World. My family was extremely comfortable. Check-in and communication with the owner, Maria, was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place and location to all things Disney plus any other store/restaurant you want. We needed to bring our two dogs and this place had no weight limit. Lazy river, slides and restaurant at pool was nice plus the small pool at the house was fun for late night swim. We would stay here again.

The location for this Vrbo is perfect. We were close to Gator land, shopping and the theme parks. Anytime I contacted the management team they were very prompt with getting back to me. We did have issues with the dryer. Management did send someone to fix the dryer a few times. In the end the maintenance man told us to only use the dryer on the medium setting so it wouldn’t over heat and shut off. I did recommend that a note be left for other visitors. This part of my review is to help people with disabilities because it took me 2 weeks to find a place that accommodated our needs. One person in our party uses a power wheelchair. There is no access from the parking lot onto the sidewalk right in front of the property. The closest access onto the sidewalk is about 9 townhomes down. The property entrance is zero entry we did not need to use a ramp at the front door. However we did need to use the ramp to get to the pool that’s a rough transition with no ramp. The downstairs bathroom has a handheld shower wand and can accommodate a small bath chair. The main reason why we chose this property is because there’s a door that closes off the downstairs bathroom and bedroom giving the person privacy while using the bathroom/bedroom. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

#### Volleyball Vacation

Our stay was good! The owner was easy to get ahold of and ask questions to. Maintenance came quick for a bulb that was burned out. The pool was nice to have, the kids loved it.
