The property had enough space for our family of 10\. It was a 20-25 min drive from the airport. It was close to Walmart, restaurants and 2 outlet malls! The drive to Disney was no more than 20 mins. The home came with a pool but we did not use it. The resort lazy river was great! The property provides 1 bath towels and 1 hand towels per person. You will need to bring/buy your own wash cloths. If I had some feedback for the property/process it would be to 1\. Provide more details/specifics on finding the unit on Day 1\. We drove around in circles not knowing to turn into the Cove complex guard station to check in. 2\. The wifi network and password was not correct in the instructions given. Please update based on router box. Overall, we would stay at Storeylake again!! ##### Vivian I. First night good except the ice machine was frozen. Second lost internet and TV and air conditioner started acting up. Notified them immediately and they suggested a few things for the Wifi which didn't work and when I let them know we didn't get any response. They did say they would send someone over for the air conditioner so 4 days later a service man came and fixed it, they sent 4 days later to fix the ice machine and my son in law ended up calling Spectrum and they came right away. Very unhappy with the way management handled this. I would text and email and it seemed no one knew what the other was doing. I would not recommend Wonder Vacation Homes. I asked to be compensated bc of being without these things especially the air and never heard anything back. VRBO had better think about this. I use VRBO all the time and never had this happen before. Pay too much for this to happen and not taken care of immediately . ##### Ann C. Beds were comfortable. Proximity to the Disney Parks cant be beat, typically 15-20 minutes. The pool at the house is small, so the kids used the resort pool which had a pool, lazy river, water slides and hot tub. Plus a bar, snack bar and mini golf. ##### melissa G. It was difficult to get ahold of anyone before check in and the house came with limited supplies. i.e. only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, only 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen etc and we were there for 9 nights so had to buy a lot of supplies on our own. ##### Julie K. Communication with management was timely and easy. This property worked out great for our group of 6 teens and 3 adults. Our one complaint was that the security gate to the neighborhood remains open 24/7 so anyone can enter without a pass so the neighborhood was not as secure as we anticipated but this is the not the fault of the property owner or their management company but is something that needs to be addressed with the neighborhood HOA. ##### Kristen R. Several family members including children had plenty of room and were very comfortable. Property location is great with easy access to many shops, restaurants and the theme parks. House was very clean and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Had a little hiccup when arriving but the communication was good and the problem was addressed immediately.
