Onsite, the community offers plenty to enjoy just a minute away, with a playground, basketball and tennis courts, walking trails, and darts for recreation.  
  
The Space:  
Step inside Magical Family Getaway, thoughtfully designed on one level for comfort and convenience. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, rich dark wood cabinetry, a cozy nook table for four, and a coffee station with both drip and on-demand options. A dining table for six makes group meals effortless, while the living room welcomes you with cathedral ceilings, an oversized sectional for six with a built-in chaise, and a smart TV—perfect for family movie nights. From here, sliding glass doors open to the lanai, where a shaded seating area for four and a high-top table for two overlook a sparkling pool with spa that gently cascades into the water, plus a chaise lounger framed by privacy panels.  
  
For even more fun, the garage has been transformed into a game room featuring air hockey, skeeball, basketball, and a Peloton bike with shoes, alongside puzzles and board games to keep everyone entertained. Whether you’re relaxing poolside, competing in the game room, or heading out to explore the best of Orlando, Magical Family Getaway offers a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and entertainment.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, access to the lanai, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, an oversized soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.  
  
Bedroom #2 is Frozen themed and includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and access to the lanai area.  
  
Bedroom #3 is Harry Potter themed and includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a smart TV.  
  
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub.  
  
This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• Washer and dryer in garage.  
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available with additional street parking available for overflow. No oversized vehicles and please do not park on grass or block sidewalks.  
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras;  
o (1) located above the garage and actively monitoring the driveway,  
o (2) located above the front door and actively monitoring the front door,  
o (3) located above the top of the entryway and actively monitoring the walkway.  
• Miscellaneous fee(s):  
o Optional onsite BBQ grill rental for $95.
