There are several stores, grocers and dining options within walking distance as well. Families and likeminded vacationer’s love the proximity to local attractions such as Magic Kingdom in the Walt Disney Resort (approximately 19 miles), Universal studios (approximately 20 miles) and SeaWorld (approximately 18 miles). Magic Landings is located just minutes from the Florida Turnpike. The Space A major plus about this home is that they are no rear neighbors as the back of the home overlooks a beautiful lake. The house features an open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room/lounge with the dining table in between. The living room includes a flat screen TV, leather couches and coffee table with a door leading to the outdoor private pool. The kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave as well as essential small appliances such as coffeemaker, toaster, utensils, flatware, serve ware and more, perfect for preparation and self-serve meals and snacks. The dining room has a 6-seat dining table in additional to the bar stool style seating at the counter. There is also a table outside, under the covered area of the pool deck, with seating for 6\. The private pool overlooks the lake and is furnished with 2 pool loungers, and a dining set for you and your family to enjoy the sunny Florida weather. Directly behind the pool deck there a beautiful lake. The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom containing double sinks, a spacious stand-up shower, and garden tub. Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features two twin beds and a flat screen TV. There is an additional bathroom located in the hallway near bedroom 3\. The garage has a three-in-one games table, (pool, air hocky and table tennis). Your villa will also come equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay. Additional Features: Free Wireless High-Speed Internet Parking Notes: Parking is in the driveway only and holds 2 cars. There is no street parking in the city of Kissimmee and no commercial vehicle, boat or trailer parking. One level home Licensed by the State of Florida and equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and pool safety alarms and/or pool safety fence. Home is SELF-CATERING which means that you'll have the accommodations and facilities to prepare your own meals but nothing additional will be provided. The initial communication answer was that the the temperature was programmed and that they would need to look into changing it. We booked this property for almost two weeks. Being that it was the holiday weekend, the repair technician was unable to come until Monday. We were told that the repair would be a substantial amount. The next day another repair technician showed up unannounced, with no name tag or uniform and without communication from the property owners prior to his arrival. The standing temperature in the house was 77 and continued to climb throughout the day. Customer Service to remedy the situation was absent and nothing to help our stay become more comfortable was addressed (extra fans would have been appreciated). We made the best of the situation and still had fun and made memories. We were just disappointed as to the absent customer service provided considering the amount spent on this property and the length of our rental time. If you are staying at the property in the near future you may want to make sure the AC has been repaired. ##### Janell T. We loved the tall ceilings, full stocked kitchen and the pool. The view from the pool was amazing. We saw ducks, baby gators and couple other animals. Communication with Gail was great.
