The pool was out of order, but we were given permission to use the pool at the sister property. A little inconvenient but it worked out. The room itself was clean but you wouldn’t know that by looking at the outside of the building and the parking lot. The smoke detector started going off sometime between 3 and 4 am. A call to the front desk was met with “oh that happened before, if you want to twist it off the wall…”. Someone came and took care of it for me.

The room was dirty. Tub was broken, no hot water the first night, hair all over the toilet and bathroom floor when we arrived. funny smell in the room. the front door was hard to open and hard to close. you had to kick the bottom of the door to close it and kick it from the outside to open it. sheets were clean, but thats about it. staff was nice!

We checked in after 1am and got into our room and there were bugs on our floor from a gap under the door. We then checked out the beds and the covers were stained with pizza sauce and who knows what. Pulled those back and there was a footprint on the bed, more sauce stains and just general dirt. They felt gross too. The back of the bathroom door was dirty as well. We debated going to the front desk to complain but decided to tough it out because we had delt with delayed flights and landings, long lines to get our rental car and a long drive to the hotel and had early morning plans. The next morning, i talked to someone at the front desk and was brushed off since i did not come to them at 1:30am and say something. The only ok thing was the breakfast, but with the room condition the food seemed like a sketchy option. Would never pick this place for a stay again.

You were getting a new roof and the crew started at 8am i was on vacation i did not want to be woken up at 8am and i only went one time for breakfast and it was a terrible experience i will not be coming back again

Stay away from this place. They are under a huge roof renovation and everyone is wake up with loud noises at 7 am. The place is just dangerous to walk, a lot of roof piles falling in the ground. It is a mess. They should not be receiving any guests there. No manager in the place to solve anything. Chaos.

Management could improve lighting and put up signage as you turn into the motel. Also ask house keeping to do a better job in sweeping the floors in the rooms. other than that its a pretty good motel very convenient to all the parks, breakfast isnt bad as well. They do not have laundry but advertise as having 24hrs laundry on expedia.

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast had lots of options and the staff were friendly. The rooms were recently renovated and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but I did notice a lock was on the gate for our whole stay and nobody was in it. Not sure if it was closed but I never asked. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was dirty. The door did not have a working safety latch. The pool was not available. The tub, sink, and toilet were not cleaned when the beds were made up....every 3 days. The walls are paper thin and every noise comes through.

This is a wonderful budget friendly motel. We stayed for seven nights. It was very clean and quiet. The staff was great and very accommodating and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus and they offered a lot of hot and cold options! My only complaint would be the air conditioning did nothing to prevent the humidity in our room so towards the end of our week, everything felt a bit damp and the pool wasn’t open. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay there again on another trip to Florida!

Breakfast options were very good and friendly staff. Location is perfect with less than 20 minutes to most parks. Everything is nearby: dining, shopping, etc. Felt safe and plenty parking.

There’s no storage even to a bathroom door hook to hang up pjs or anything half the the room outlets didn’t work the toilet paper holder was just gone the toilet seat had a bolt missing .theres a tall lamp but only the top outlet worked .so you had to unplug it to charge any of your devices.there website says guest laundry ,children’s play area and out door picnic area .none of that’s there .theres no designated smoking area and the pool has been closed for months even though the temperature was in 80 .the reception couldn’t find our reservation insisted we were booked somewhere else .it was a 12 day stay and she wouldn’t even help me get on the internet to prove I had a reservation.save your money stay somewhere else

Not going to lie. I kept waiting for something to be wrong as it seemed too good for the price. But everything was great. Room was big and very clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good and better than most. I definitely would recommend this hotel and would go again. They’ve done a great job.

The property was very clean and needs are very comfortable. Our room was misbooked by Expedia though. We booked a double for 4 adults and were given a single king bed. We were told that there were no rooms. As I was on the phone with Expedia, front desk clerk found us a double. I'll have to follow up with Expedia after. The resort fee is twice what they Expedia said it would be so be prepared. Overall, pleased with the room but not with the booking details that were missed!

Sketchy. Checked in and checked right back out. Locking room was ripped from the wall. Room stunk. Area is ok I guess but not a car in the parking lot when I checked in. Didn’t actually stay here. Looked at the room saw the there was no latch on the door and left.

Our stay was alright, only things were that when I stayed their wifi was down a majority of my stay and also there was a light in our bathroom that was broken so I slept with the light on the entire time we told the front desk but nothing was really done and first night our bath towels one had stains on it so we just never touched it.

The room was very nice, & well equipped. Maybe the next thing the owners will be able to get around to doing, is replace the doors. We could see daylight all around the door. Would feel more secure if the door fit the frame - and less breezy.

Our room was generally clean and the beds were fine. However, half of the outlets didn't work, including those supporting the fridge, microwave, and TV. It also meant we had limited light in the room. Management was alerted, but we never heard back from them. and the elevator didn't work, which was problematic for hauling very heavy luggage to the 3rd floor.
