A $1500 fine will apply, plus any costs for cleaning or repair. 🗑️ Trash & Recycling Please dispose of all trash and recyclables in the appropriate bins. Failure to do so may result in a $1000 cleaning fee to cover the extra time and effort required. 🎉 No Parties or Events Parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized events are not allowed. Listing stated there were two bedrooms with king beds. (This was very important to us!) There was only 1 king bed. We also arrived very late at night to 83 degrees in the home and a bad ant problem in the first floor. VRBO initially denied the listing was incorrect. I had to send a screenshot as proof. Only then did they offer the use of the BBQ grill as compensation for their error and our inconvenience. We did not even use the kitchen on this trip. VRBO then offered 100\. I did not feel this was an equitable solution. (I would never have booked this home but did so based on VRBO’s detailed description.) I asked for 1 night compensation I have yet to hear a response.
