The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (72 to 48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March, depending on the weather. The property manager was great and very responsive. We had only one complaint which was with the HO Association in that the garbage was not removed daily as advertised.
