Our professional and licensed property management company has policies to oversee the cleaning and strict disinfectant of our home. We are using CDC approved cleaners to disinfect the home in between guests. Each cleaning includes disinfectant of all high-touch surfaces including light switches, faucets, door knobs, cabinet pulls, appliances, hand railing, and remotes. WiFi will keep you connected so you can "work from home". I have successfully had 2 parents "working from home" with a child connected to Zoom classes and the internet has been flawless! Mickey’s Magical Manor is a vacation home in the heart of Walt Disney World, located in the exclusive gated-community of Windsor Palms less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World. The home is perfectly designed for your magical enjoyment while visiting the most amazing vacation destination in the world. It features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and may sleep up to 8 people. The open floor plan includes a spacious living room that features a leather sofa and loveseat and a 42 inch flat screen television with High-Definition cable TV. The living room is completely open to the kitchen and dining area, which features a spacious dining table and breakfast bar which can comfortably seat your guests for dinner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay, either to make a quick sandwich before heading to the parks or a gourmet feast on a special occasion. The luxurious living room leads to a private pool. Our heat-optional pool has privacy walls along the side and the highly coveted "privacy screens" in the pool enclosure for the utmost privacy during your stay. The pool deck features cushioned chairs to enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful Florida weather or stay in touch with family & friends with the high-speed wireless internet that is available throughout the home. Safety of our youngest guests is our top priority; the doors leading onto the pool deck have been equipped with safety locks and pool alarms as well as a safety gate leading to the pool. A good night’s rest is essential after a long day in the parks, and Mickey’s Magical Manor has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom is complete with a 32 inch mounted flat-screen television, a (brand new!) king size sleep-soft pillow mattress covered with beautiful linens, a complete bedroom furniture collection, and a walk-in closet. There is a spacious private master bathroom with a shower, oversized oval tub, sink, and vanity. The second bedroom is magically themed for your favorite Star Wars fan. It features one queen bed and one twin bed, a spacious closet, a dresser, nightstand, along with an oversized smart TV to stream your favorite shows. It has a private bathroom which features a bathtub, shower, vanity and sink. The third bedroom features a King sized bed, television, mirrored dresser, and nightstand, plus a shared family bathroom. Make sure if you went to read the welcome guide in the email, I skimmed over and thought it was the online guest book but it was where all the important details were. But Sarah was great and seemed happy to help. We enjoyed this property, it was perfect for people who were on a vacation with packed agendas. Close to Disney and Universal Epic was not a bad drive at all. We also went to the USA women’s national soccer game while in town which was an easy drive as well. After a long travel day, we arrived at the gate we were informed that we were not allowed in as our name wasn’t put into the system. After multiple calls we finally got ahold of someone who was more annoyed with our call than wanting to help or apologetic of the situation. Our first impression of the house was cramped and dated. Most of the furniture had serious wear and tear and the house was dated in decor. A few days into the trip I reached out to the host asking where toliet paper was stored as we arrived with a half used roll in each bathroom. I was informed that we were expected to supply it ourselves. This made me disappointed as we were staying 9 days and to be given a ONE used roll with the amount of money we spent on the house was ridiculous. Soaps in all three bathrooms were almost out when we arrived and we were left one garbage bag. I have never stayed in Vrbo where basic necessities were not supplied. The “beautiful” pool that was advertised turned green within two days of arriving. We were told it is serviced weekly but clearly that’s a lie. We were not able to use the pool due to the unsanitary state. Between the rude interactions, damaged furniture, unsanitary pool and lack of necessities it became clear that the host has no intention on making staying at the house enjoyable. We tried our best to enjoy the rest of our trip with using dire conditions of the house. ##### Isabelle S. Sara was extremely responsive when I called her late in the evening when we ran into issues at the check in gate. The unit is okay… some small updates could go a long way, but nothing that impacted our stay significantly. Overall, it is a nice place and was clean. The master bedroom sink has rust in it. The shower curtain rod was so rusty, it stained my swimsuit permanently :( I know the towels were all clean, but it was off putting to see yellow/brown stains on most of them, which potentially came from the rusty rod. The pool, while small, was very refreshing and there are lots of toys for the kids! Overall, the stay was fine. We mostly used it for sleeping and some quick dips in the pool after Disney. ##### Alyssa D. It is close to the Disney Parks as well as downtown Orlando, Universal parks, and convenient to airport. The gated neighborhood is safe and great for walking. The small private pool has a safety gate and alarm for those with children. The community pool, game room, fitness room, and convenience store are nice amenities. Communication with the owner is good, and she is very responsive to questions and needs. We had plenty of room and we enjoyed the private pool. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other kitchen tools. The neighborhood was quiet. Security guard was friendly. The house is starting to show a little wear when it comes to stools, and the upstairs master bath but it was clean, and all our family needed since we were in the parks most of the day. Also, the blind on the front door needs to be replaced. It won't go all the way down and we didn't like people could see in. We put a towel over the opening. I'm sure it gets messed up often with kids trying to look out. There is a Walmart and Starbucks close by and on the way to the parks. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Gretchen A. With three bedrooms each having their own on suite bath, everyone enjoyed their own space and privacy. The open concept kitchen/living room, allowed all of us to in one area to congregate. We appreciated the cleanliness and proximity to the Disney Parks. The big washer and dryer was a major plus. The private pool is small, however we did not swim as the weather did not cooperate. Most toiletries were not provided, so make sure to bring your own. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Gina V. The downstairs bedroom needs a new bed the mattress is in poor shape and the bed is not stable it rolls and hits the wall every time someone moves. Also the front door looks to recently have had the locks changed and they do not fit and looks as if anyone can knock the door in if wanted not very safe, other than that all went well. Will we stay again no only because of the parking situation not the actual condo comfort! Personally think that the security guards and the tow company are working together and he gets some kind of kick back for everyone he lets get towed at 3am in the morning! Should get some kind of warning especially if you did not park in the road or on the side walk! ##### Steena D.
