If I could improve anything, it would be the check-in process at the guard gate and access to the property. Having to go across the street to initially check in and having to wave a piece of paper out the window to enter the gate was a little annoying. The management team was readily available to help with anything I needed. My family loved this home and everyone agreed that we would be booking again. The spacious layout was perfect for our large group, and the overall potential of the house was evident. However, we were disappointed by a few oversights: -Maintenance Issues: The mold on the shower curtain and dirty walls detracted from the cleanliness. -Safety Concerns: The pool fence posed a potential safety hazard for young children. -Insufficient Amenities: The lack of basic necessities like dish soap, laundry detergent, cooking oil, salt, pepper, not enough towels, not enough toilet paper, no food storage containers, no cleaning supplies such as surface cleaner, 2 garbage bags for a 7 day stay with 12 people and a baby.. -Additional Fees: The extra charge for pool filter/heating seemed unnecessary. -Unfulfilled Requests: Despite advance notice, essential items like a high chair and BBQ were not provided. We understand that vacation rental owners may not aim to provide a fully stocked home and some items are our responsibility.
