Other things to note:  
  
\- Windsor Island Resort amenities access is included in your stay.  
  
\- Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.  
  
\- Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.  
  
\-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.   
  
\- A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you with more information for setup.  
  
\- As per Windsor Island Resort policy, upon making your reservation, we will require the names of the drivers of any vehicle, including names of all adults over 18 in order to enter the resort and access on-site amenities. All guests\` names need to be registered in the gate system.  
  
\- Please note that the Windsor Island registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.  
  
\- Please do not exceed the guest max occupancy of 11 at all times. Must be at least 25 years of age to book this home.
