The house is a modern spacious house of nearly 3,000 sq. ft, featuring 1 King with 4-poster, 3 queens & 1 twin bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms. It has ample living space to accommodate upto 10 guests in comfort but to maximise peoples enjoyment we limit the size of parties to 8 people. It also includes a Games Room. The villa is luxuriously furnished to an extremely high standard and features include a large flat screen QLED TV, Blu-ray player, Bose MP3 Docking station, LED TV's in all bedrooms and games room & Wireless internet access. The kitchen features all of those indispensable tools of the modern kitchen such as granite worktops, stainless steel sink, stainless steel appliances such as a US style Fridge/Freezer with Ice dispenser, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher and there’s also a separate laundry room with ultra-modern Samsung washer and dryer. The rear of the house faces due east and enjoys sun from early morning to late afternoon. It also benefits from having a covered area of the patio which provides much needed shade whilst the view across the golf course is stunning. Our house will be appreciated by those demanding very high standards from a holiday or vacation home, however is not designed to be a 'party house' or being a centre for events or gatherings of people other than those staying at the property. The 3 bathrooms are luxuriously fitted with custom made vanity units, granite or quartz work tops, soft close toilet seats, large chrome edged mirrors and modern chrome fittings. The Master en-suite is fully tiled with high quality porcelain tiles, both walls and floor, customer twin vanity unit, quartz counter top, waterfall faucets, a contemporary soaking tub with floor mounted chrome tap and hand held shower, thermostatic shower mixer with a 12" rain head shower from the ceiling plus hand held shower and modern vanity and bath lights adding a certain amount of 'bling'. It also has a seperate toliet which is half tiled. The upstairs bathroom is equally well appointed being fully tiled with porcelain tiles, wall and floor, a usable bath not the narrow, shallow baths the builders seem to fit, an 8" rain head shower from the ceiling, hand held shower, glass shower panel, toilet, twin custom made vanity unit, quartz counter top and waterfall taps. The downstairs bathroom has been converted to a modern shower room which facilitates anyone that might have difficulty with access to a bath/shower. It features a single custom made vanity unit with under mounted sink, granite counter top, waterfall chrome tap, toilet and glass shower screen. Games Room & Other Facilities: The large double garage has been professionally converted into a games room, with carpeted floor, table tennis table, pool table & pool lights, a large 47" LED TV, tennis racquets & balls and 3 sets of golf clubs, 2 mens and one ladies; complete with balls and tees. If you have small children then we have provided a number of facilities, including: \* Fold up Cot \* High chair \* Baby bouncer seat \* Stroller \* Activity mat \* Changing stations and bath \* Fold up Playard (for children unable to climb out, under 35' tall) There is also a large 4 burner + side burner Gas BBQ on the patio available for your use. The top two locally are the Florida Mall and the Mall at Millennia which both offer a contrasting shopping experience. Florida Mall is the largest in central Florida, features more than 250 shops, with 6 large department stores and a 22 counter food court. Some of the big names include Saks 5th Avenue, Macy's, JC Penney, Sears, Dillards to name just a few. Communication with the owners was also outstanding. There is nothing negative to report - everything was as indicated on the website: no out dated photos or nasty surprises - it was just perfect. Neil and Glenda seem to have thought of everything when kitting out the house. Apart from stocking the fridge and the larder I don’t think they could have done any more. We have been holidaying in Florida for some 25 years now, and this is by a country mile the most luxurious, immaculately maintained and superbly equipped villa we have ever had the pleasure of holidaying in. The furnishings throughout are absolutely top quality, the bathrooms fabulously modern, the pool and its furnishing all in top mint condition and the garage/games room was amazingly well equipped. Neil and Glenda have ensured that the villa has absolutely everything you need and more to ensure that your villa experience is a fabulous one. We were there during hurricane Irma and we could not have been in a safer or more luxurious place. I have rated this villa 5 star, but even that des not do it justice. The owners made sure to have anything you could need in their home for use. From the baby high chair and stroller all the way to beach pales and rain ponchos we were left with nothing worry about. We could have just spent the whole vacation in this home looking out from the pool onto the golf course or playing pool and ping pong. Our kids loved their rooms with everything unique to each room. These owners spared no expense and put thought and care into all the amenities. The kitchen had everything you could need and more which allowed for us to eat in most nights. Neil and Glenda were fantastic hosts and were in contact with us long before our trip and afterwards making sure that everything was squared away. This home was spotless and the security system was easy to use and made everyone feel safe and secure. We are already planning our next trip at this home as no other we’ve been to have compared. This started off great but the experience was very unpleasant. Family of 6 booked to stay from 6/28-7/6. Half way through our stay, one of our daughters and her boyfriend (who didn't stay at the house with us) was thier last day and we as a family planned on going shopping before they left back to Chicago. We told them to meet us at the house and they could leave their luggage inside the house due to them renting a tiny sport car, they didn't want to just leave it in the car while we are out shopping. My husband and I left and went down the street to grab some breakfast. upon our arrival back to the house we see our family huddled around the ring door bell. As we get closer my husband and I hear what sounds like a woman yelling at my family/my kids telling them that they are calling the Sheriff and will have us removed and that we are imposters. We didn't know or understand what was going on as my oldest daughter checked in with the property manager Karina. So they know we were here and checked in. But this was not the property manger this was the home owner Glenda. I tried to let her know who I was and let her know it was the family that booked $2000 to stay at her home through Vrbo. She said she didn't care and that we were breaking the rules and had people staying and not setting the alarm on the house. The pool and spa were great!. The house was so well equipped for anything you could possibly need in the kitchen and there was an abundance of towels including pool towels. The garage had a pool table and a ping pong table which we used often. They even had a nice stroller and pack-in-plays for use. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with our family. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need and more - the most well equipped kitchen I've ever seen at a rental! The pool and spa were wonderful with plenty of seating around the pool area, also. Location was great as well, with a Publix conveniently located just outside the neighborhood, and lots of other shopping and restaurants just a short drive away. The owner got back to me quickly answering my questions, and was prompt in fixing a minor issue with the pool! We had a great time and enjoyed staying here, and I would come back again! ##### Lisa A. The property owners have thought of everything possible to make your stay comfortable. Instructions are available for just about everything and they even labeled the light switches. The drive is a little far from some of the theme parks but I'm sure traffic had a lot to do with that. Overall the house was comfortable and had plenty of space for my family of 5. It has several diff amenities for your use as well. The house was large enough for everyone to have the space needed. The pool was a great addition especially after being at the parks all day. Had a few issues with the Ice Maker had to fix the alarm system please pay attention to the information given. I wish there was only 1 remote for the Tv in the main room. I had to wash down the stair railings as there was blood and stickers on the spindles was not happy about that when I was charged extra for coronavirus cleaning. I gues that is not a priority with the cleaning company. I also had to clean the high chair of as it still had food on the seat and the tray was dirty but that was not a big deal. The other issue was the hot water you need to give the water heater time to refill if you do laundry and someone takes a shower after as I got cold water when going to take a shower. It really needs to be a bigger water heater for the usage type. This happened to me twice. The AC could have been situated a little better as sometimes it was hot in the house but you could not turn this up as it is on a control system. Overall it is in a good location for the parks and access to the other amenities in the area. Owner where very helpful with the alarm system issue. ##### Michelle S. We enjoyed the beautiful warm pool and spa everyday of our week. The home itself offers a large master with huge bed and bathroom, along with 4 other bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms. The villa is immaculate and amazing! It is extremely clean, has an excellent, functional floor plan, and is very spacious. Every single room of the home is beautifully furnished, comfortable, well-equipped and offers extra touches to create a luxury stay. The bathrooms and kitchen are totally updated, well stocked and of exceptional quality. We loved the game room area as an added bonus. The pool area was wonderful with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the view. Neil and Glenda are a delight to work with and have literally thought of everything.
