The TV package includes all USA programmes and all Sports Premium Channels where you can tune into UK Premiership Football/Soccer NFL, NBA, MLB, and many more besides. You can also record or live pause/rewind any TV channel, so you can watch anything you have missed.

UK television programs are also provided for your enjoyment.

We have a gourmet kitchen with place settings for 12 people and a full set of cooking utensils and pots and pans including children's utensils.
We have coffee makers, juicers, Waffle Maker, Toaster, Kettle and a sandwich toaster.
We also provide guests with their private storage pantry for extra space.
Our fridge provides filtered water and an ice maker.
There is also a dishwasher for your convenience.

Each booking will be welcomed with a starter pack which consist of one trash bag, one 10FL oz bottle of Gain washing liquid, one bottle of dish washing liquid, 1 sponge scrub, 3 dish washer tablets.
We provide 1 toilet tissue per bathroom, one small hand soap for our guests's convenience when they check in.

Fresh towels are also provided for each bathroom

The kitchen leads onto a beautifully screened South West facing Lanai with a private heated pool & spa and all day sun.
We have recently installed private pool screening around the lower level of the screening making it all the more private.

The pool and spa area has sun-loungers, side tables, under-cover outdoor seating area for evening relaxation, outdoor flat screen TV and outdoor sound system.
Child-locks and alarms are installed on the pool area and doors as well as a child safety fence.
Fresh pool towels are provided.

The entrance foyer and kitchen area are tiled and there is wooden flooring in the downstairs area.

For young children we provide the use of 2 x strollers, 2 x high-chairs, car seat, and 2 x pack 'n' play cribs.

Free Wi-Fi internet, is accessible from any room in the house and the pool area.
