Police had to be called because people were getting out of their cars to speak with the security guard. It was a disaster. The home could have been cleaner, it has a nice lay out. I expected more. The house was incredibly clean, well-kept, and surprisingly spacious—even with such a large group, we never felt crowded. The pool and outdoor area became our favorite hangout spot, and the game room kept everyone entertained late into the night. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was quick and professional, and everything we needed was already provided. The location was perfect too—quiet and safe, but only a short drive from restaurants, shops, and the parks. We had an amazing time and would absolutely book this home again without hesitation. ##### David M. We were close to parks as well as not too far away from other attractions including a couple visits to beaches. Having the pool on site was great for the little ones along. Otto was very attentive to our needs and checked in immediately with us upon our arrival to make sure we had all we needed. Great place for a family! The home was spotless, well-stocked (except forks- only had a few-I suggest at least 15 for a house this size) and perfect for our group during the volleyball tournament. One of our must-haves was that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and this home delivered — it made a huge difference for comfort and privacy. The highlight, though, was definitely the movie room — such a fun and cozy space to unwind after long days. The teens loved gathering there for socializing and crafting. The layout of the home gave us plenty of space to relax, and the location was super convenient. Another huge hit was the private pool which the families utilize every day/night. There was a storm about 4 days into our 7 day trip which tripped the WiFi. Despite our efforts to restore it with the host/owner, we were without WiFi service the last half of the stay. That was the only hiccup as we couldn’t work. Anyways, we would absolutely stay here again!The communication with Yoshi was great and I even got to meet her- she was pleasant. ##### Giselle M. Everything was clean, comfortable and had all that we needed. Beautiful house and decorated nicely. Boys enjoyed the movie room. It was a plus that the tv provided all stations, etc. so you don't have to log in separately. It was very nice to just pack up and leave. Did not have to do anything else. A great house for our stay with huge beds, huge showers and a great movie room. Even though we didn’t pay to heat the pool, we managed to use it ( albeit slightly chilly) as the weather was great. This was a great base and made good use of Ubers. If you plan to get out and about I would suggest to hire a car but we had a wedding to go to and rehearsal dinners etc so taxi was better for us. 7/11 is about 15 minute walk for snacks etc but we ordered off uber eats a few times. We didn’t need an American phone number for that. Other apps you do. The air con was easily adjusted with digital buttons if it was too hot or too chilly. The house had some extras like an ice machine , coffee machine and greeted us with a bottle of wine. If you’re not so keen on the Disney themed rooms in some places then this is for you!The communication between the owner of the house was brilliant and was happy to help if needed. ##### Becky G.
