Only 2 Miles to Disney! Our modern fully upgraded Condo(2Br/2Ba) in Windsor Hills is so close to Disney - it will take you only about 5 mins to get to the Walt Disney World Gates! The condo has a master suite that boasts a luxurious high-quality king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and an oversized closet for storing away your belongings. There is also a flat-screen Smart TV and an iPod dock/alarm clock. The highlight of the Condo is the wonderful Mickey and Friends-themed family bedroom with 2 new full-size beds. The Mickey-themed family bathroom will make getting the family ready to hit the parks for the day a breeze! There is also a 50" flat-screen TV, an XBOX One S (with two controllers), and an IPOD dock/alarm clock. The living area of the condo is spacious and open with lots of new updates, such as new cushions, curtains, rug, and newly installed laminate flooring. There is also a brand new 55" Samsung 4K Smart Ultra HDTV and a Blu-ray player with a nice selection of movies for the whole family to relax and enjoy after visiting the parks. Access to the screened-in lanai is from the living room. The dining area has also been updated with seating now for up to six, and a brand new Allen + Roth chandelier above the dining table that adds an elegant look for enjoying family meals. The modern upgraded Granite Kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities listed below: Modern Stainless Steel Appliances: Refrigerator|Dishwasher|Brand new smooth surface glass top Electric Range Stove and Oven|Microwave Blender|Coffee Makers(Keurig and Regular)|Toaster|Cooking Utensils|Dishes & Utensils|Pantry Items|Garbage disposal There is a full-size washer and dryer for your use. We also provide a Playpen, highchair, Car Seat, Booster seat, two strollers(one is single and the other is a double), and a kid’s wagon to enjoy the short walk to the pool. Beach towels for the pool and/or beach are also provided. Nest Doorbell Camera: There’s a doorbell camera to check for arrivals and departures and for housekeeping services. STARTER SUPPLIES: Like all vacation rentals in the Orlando area, our condo is a "self-catered" vacation home. Guests are responsible for providing all cleaning supplies, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper goods, and other personal items for their use. The following starter supplies will be provided in the unit before the guest’s arrival. • One toilet paper roll per bathroom • One small bar of soap per bathroom • One roll of kitchen paper towels • Starter coffee packet • One dish sponge • One small bottle of dish soap • One dishwasher detergent tab • One laundry detergent sample • One trash bag in each receptacle Any food left behind by the guest, including condiments, non-perishable items, and spices, will be discarded to comply with the Florida State Regulations. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in time: 4 PM (or later) Check-out time: 10 AM VALET TRASH PICKUP: There is valet pickup 6 days a week (other than Wednesdays) from the trash receptacle (bench) outside our front door. Make sure to enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the bench. Trash may not be left outside OR on the bench. Loose trash will not be picked up. Excess trash that does not fit inside the bench should be disposed of at the nearest dumpster. CLEANING: Our home is cleaned and inspected by professional cleaners before your arrival. Mid-stay cleaning or daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate. If you require mid-stay cleans, please let us know, so we can give you an updated quote depending on the number of mid-stay cleans you require. All the major attractions were close by, saving us a lot of travel time. The condo itself is lovely, clean, and thoughtfully set up. The owner was very responsive. I reached out with questions prior to our stay, and Sunil answered my questions promptly, every time. Check-in was easy. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. We felt the kitchen offered more than we usually get with rentals. The beds were comfortable. The location was great! We utilized Uber for transportation to Disney, and we were rarely charged over $20 for an Uber XL. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will book here again! ##### Scarlet R. If you’re traveling to the Disney area this is a great place to stay. The manager was very responsive if I had any concerns. The property was very clean and full of the essentials and more! Sunil was very responsive and great at communicating. The property was a 12 min drive to most of the parks. It was also near a Walmart and Starbucks which came in clutch on long park days. Sunil was such a wonderful host and helped us through a few things along the way. 1st, there was a hurricane that caused us to shift our trip a few days. Sunil was accommodating, and took extra time to communicate with me and make sure our dates worked out. Next, our kids were so excited to have a Xbox in their room but one of the controller wires was broke. Sunil had a remote delivered to the condo the next day. Location pros: beautiful property, lots to do at club house, great pool and comfy beds. The place is exactly as seen in the pictures, and the wagon made it so nice to walk to the pool and bring our stuff. Things that could have improved our stay: it would have been nice to have more than just 1 thin roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and would have also been nice to have more than 1 clothing detergent pod. I would have liked to wash the towels before we left but we used the only pod that was left for us. Finally, if you enjoy good water pressure/hot water temperature, you will have to endure a “so-so” experience as it wasn’t that great. It is close to everything, has a great pool, and nice condos. Sunil was great at communicating all that Windsor Hills had to offer. The communication was clear and timely. The condo was very clean. You can’t beat the location and price! There are a lot of restaurants and stores close by. 10 minutes to Disney parks. The kids loved the Mickey room. The beds were comfortable, I’m a little picky about beds but 4/5 on the beds. The worst I can say is the condo could use a few more bath towels.
