My only complaint is that; with so much security at the gate why is there NO security or enforcement for noise ordinance? There's a speed limit that is not obeyed. Cars RACING down the road at speeds exceeding 60mph throughout the night into the morning. Kids screaming in pools until 4:30 a.m.I also disagree with charging your guests a separate fee for heating the pool or using a grill. The price for 3 nights with late check in and early departure covers 1/3 of the mortgage. I would recommend the place for the cleanliness and location of the home, but not for the other comments I mentioned above. ##### Luisa E.
