Newly Renovated luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in building 7 of the prestigious Bahama Bay Resort Community. There is truly something for everyone – a magical location for your perfect vacation! Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, there are plenty of local dining and shopping options nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows and zip line. For additional entertainment, Sea World is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles and for the younger guests, Legoland Florida is 23 miles away from the resort. Condo is located on the second floor, (please note, there is no elevator). LOUNGE With over 1170 square feet there is plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring everything the Orlando area has to offer. The living area has an open plan with a 55” flat screen tv and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. It’s adjacent to the kitchen and dining area so the whole family can be together. Communication with Misti at Titan before during and after the trip was appreciated. The unit was exactly what we were looking for with modern updates including new flooring and updated kitchen. All bedding, towels and kitchen appliances were nice quality. The complex is ideal for retired people. It was quiet with few children during our two week stay. On entry my wife said "Perfect and uncluttered, matches my own taste in furnishing!" so I knew it would be a good vacation from that point. We also loved the comfy seating area on the outside balcony, in addition to the useal table and chairs. Great to relax in after a tiring day out around the 'parks'. Titan Vacation Homes responded very fast to all of our quieries before we arrived, giving us confidence in the booking process.
