Check in was terrible it took forever but it wasnā€™t the hotels fault it was Expedias fault. I waited about 45 minutes with my 10 month old toddler crying in the car because Expedia forgot to send my reservation to the hotel as per usual. Anyway the girl at check In was nice and helped me as much as she could. Hotel was nice and clean except for the frog that came in at night time it was huge and got lost in the room nobody could find it! Besides that we loved this place would def come again but I would rather book directly. We originally booked for a 2 double bed but we upgraded to a 1 bedroom king suite which was so worth the 80 extra bucks!!! Cheap resort fee I was surprised.

Stayed here for two different nights on this trip in the 3 bedroom accommodations. Easy check in process, spacious rooms, easy parking, 5 min drive to disney springs, plenty of dining options in the area and close to any major retailers in case you need anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here. The 3 bedroom was great for 5 adults. As others stated, the air conditioning was loud, and quite powerful, but it since it was so powerful it only turned on once or twice a day. It was certainly not a deterrent for us to stay here again.
