I was traveling for a veterinary convention and was unable to find lodging that would suit my dates and proximity to the convention center which resulted in having to cancel my entire trip. I am out the cost of convention tickets, have received a partial refund for this property but I'm still waiting on the remaining amount that I am owed. This has apparently been a problem with this host many times according to my online research. Beware when booking with this host.
