Nice Resort Facilities
The house was ok. The cleaning job wasn't very good. All the batteries were gone from the remotes and the tv's did not work. We called maintenance and they did send someone out the same day to correct those issues. The kids wore their flip flops anytime they went upstairs because the carpet needs cleaned and or replaced. The jack and jill with the queen/king beds is inaccurate: they are separate rooms with a bathroom in the hallway. Same thing with the queen bedroom downstairs, the bathroom is not attached. The "hot tub" does not function unless you pay for pool heat, that was major let down. The pool location out back is semi private and had plenty of sun. There was no grill. The kitchen has very little in the way of cooking dishes, and no measuring utensils. We were left with one trash bag, and we ended up buying a whole roll. Same thing with toilet paper, and dish washer pods. There were towels provided with the pool which was nice. The game room is clean and had a lot to do, but its not air conditioned so the kids were not in there very much. The resort facilities were nice. There was a large hot tub, a lazy river, slides, and much more. The free arcade was a great bonus. The location is not the best for these homes. With traffic, a simple run to Walmart could take over an hour. Not fun on vacation. We had 15 people at that house. It fit everyone just fine.
