I grew up the son of an artist and you will see why. From the moment you pull up, you can't miss our house. Once you get out of the car you will feel like you stepped into your favorite Japanese steakhouse koi pond. This 3000 gallon koi creation inspired by the floating steps at the xcaret in Mexico, were built the same time as the big luxury resort pool it is 1800 sq ft of concrete with a 10' wide 5' high grotto Hugh Hefner is jealous of. Our guest suite offers complete privacy from the main house with a separate entrance accessible through the laundry room or the private bathroom. Inside the suite we built a floating king, a recliner couch, and a 40 amp level II Lectron E.V. charging station. You can come say hi or do your own thing there are +20 different outdoor places/activities to do in the backyard, there are the following: 1\. 2nd story "volleyball referee chair" 2\. The lower volleyball cabana seats 4 3\. Pool cabana west 4\. Pool cabana east with gas firepit (the Trey lounge) 5\. 4 high end sun lounges where you can work on your tan! 6\. The lakeside hammocks 7\. The dockside lounge under the boathouse roof feel free to move chairs or lounges 8\. The dockside open air lounge 9\. The lakeside cabana / soon to be an outdoor pool table 10\. The lakeside ping pong area 11\. The lakeside real wood fire pit 12\. The 6x6 sand volleyball court with AVP certified sand that was trucked here from Davenport All watersports activities listed below should always wear a life jacket found on the dock in the white deck box.We have lifejackets for all shapes and sizes and Florida law states you should be wearing one. OR other guests that we give the opportunity to experiance our home that doesn't exist a second time. The covered patio is private to us or the guest that is renting the main house. The backyard, shared with our friendly neighbor, invites you to mingle, unwind, and make new friends across our expansive acre of land. Pets: To ensure a relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly request adherence to our guidelines. A pet fee of $50 per pet for the entire stay applies. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (breaching this rule incurs a $200 charge). Dangerous breeds are not permitted due to insurance limitations and the love of our life Vicii. Prior notification of your pet's presence is appreciated. Please remove removable rugs in areas accessible to your pet and clean up after them. Leash your dogs until they have met the other dogs on the property. Our dog loves all colors and sizes. We were ensured our privacy and the hosts have provided great amenities including very comfortable bedding, a bidet, cool lighting, amazing shower, great tv and sound system, and just everything you need to feel like home away from home (but way better than my home!) the location is only minutes from the major Orlando attractions so cost for uber was reasonable and we didn’t have to rent a car. Host was super friendly and helpful (especially when asked about the fish) and we now have a plan to get our own :) The pool is awesome, spent hours shooting hoops and enjoying the sprawling entertainment area. Thank you for having hammocks next to the lake and the lounger chairs on the dock! Peaceful in every way, this trip truly recharged our batteries. Awesome views can be enjoyed from ANYWHERE on the property but if you climb the giant "lifeguard stand" it's panoramic! The neighborhood was awful with security cameras up and down the road. Boarded up house and a few that looked deserted. It was not appropriate for kids given the cameras and surrounding neighborhood. The barstools are cool looking but very unusable for the normal person. They are uncomfortable and wobbly. The cabinets are super high. I could not reach anything on the top shelf —wine glasses. A step stool would be very helpful esp if you’re short because the beds are also very high. The shower, heated toilet seat, backyard and view, amazing. I also loved watching the planes. A normal height lawn chair would be a good addition. The hosts were gone while I was there. It was somewhat quiet. The people that came on the weekend stayed up until 11 doing laundry even though quiet time was 10\. It was a little annoying. ##### Lisa L. First time VRBO user here & was nervous to book because many of the properties don’t have reviews yet, including this one. I’m so glad I gave it a try because it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The hosts went out of their way to make my stay 10/10 from the comfort level, their friendliness, the cleanliness and the full experience of a great vacation through their attention to detail. The home is exactly as described and, if anything, it does not do the home justice. The two queens are super comfy, the home is completely smart capable and the shower is one of a kind with multiple water angles. The background is a huge selling piece with a hot tub, outdoor shower, multiple games, paddling boards, a volleyball net with actual sand and situated right on a lake. There is also a motorized boat that you can rent for wakeboarding at an additional cost. We just ran out of time. I had rented an electric car and the hosts even had a level 2 charger for this.
