All the comforts of home and right at Disney's doorstep! \*\*Due to resurfacing, the resort pool will be closed 9/5 to 10/6\. The water park area will remain open.\*\* Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community with a double Olympic-sized heated pool which features a two-story spiral water slide, children’s water play area with dancing waters fountains, and a secluded hot tub area. There are lighted tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts as well as a fully equipped state-of-the-art fitness center, a 40-seat movie theater with free guest-selected movies, video arcade and billiards, outdoor grills, putting green, and two children’s playgrounds. In addition, the clubhouse has a food and beverage options for your pleasure. It is one of the rental properties closest to the Disney main entrance. Two right turns and two miles after exiting Windsor Hills Resort and you are driving under the “Welcome to Walt Disney World” sign. Driving time to the various Disney parks varies from about 7-12 minutes from Windsor Hills Resort, depending on the park you are visiting. 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo (2 Master Suites!) Master Suite 1 has a King bed, 32” flat screen TV, walk in closet and a walk in shower in its bathroom. Guest Suite 2 has another King bed, 32” flat screen TV and a door with direct access to the second bathroom. Guest Bedroom 3 has a set of Twin beds with a Mickey Mouse theme and a 26” flat screen TV. The living room features a 42” flat screen TV and leather sofas! The kitchen is great for dining at the home and has a window with a walk up counter and view of the great room. It has everything you need including dinnerware, silverware, cups, etc. After preparing your meal, let the DISHWASHER do the clean up for you. There is also a screened in lanai off the living room with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful Orlando, Florida weather. Complimentary WIFI gives you the freedom to surf from anywhere in the condo. We have also provided a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. My complaint was I didn’t receive check in info until after I arrived so I didn’t have info they needed. Finally got checked in. Biggest complaint was they didn’t have luggage carts and since we both have canes it was difficult unloading. Also we couldn’t get the tvs to work half of the time. The pool was very nice but only had one hot tub that held 11 people. They were constantly asking people to get out until only 11 we’re left. We loved how close it was to everything Orlando. The pool and hot tub were nice- and our younger girls loved the water slides. We also loved having a little "store" at the pool area (which was a quick 2 blocks or so from the condo) that had drinks (even fun adult drinks!), food (burgers, fries, etc.), and extra things you may have forgotten or didn't want to run to Walmart to get. Was a great property. Super clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and more space than we even needed. Check in was easy and the location was great. The condo was very spacious with all of the items to make it feel like home. We especially loved the toddler bed rails and highchair as we have 2 little ones. We arrived around 9pm and the code on the keypad did not work. I called Aaron and within 5 seconds he was able to restart the system and update our code. The neighborhood is located with lots of shops and rest around. We absolutely loved the pool and splash pad. We wish we would have added an extra day just to relax poolside. The pool is a beach-entry pool with a sloping entrance and I actually relaxed in the pool while the kids splashed around! I highly recommend staying here - make sure you add in entrance time to enjoy all of the facilities too! ##### Rachel D.
