Our 1 bed 1 bath guest home with an additional sleeper sofa is a great spot for family vacations to Central Florida. Beaches, Disney, the Amway Center, Dr. Phillips Center, UCF and so much more. Our home is a quiet place to rest your head at night or enjoy a relaxing beverage on your private patio after a long day enjoying Orlando. Living Space The living area features an open kitchen concept that seamlessly connects to the dining room area and the living room. The kitchen includes a fridge, stovetop, toaster, and microwave, and is equipped with pots, pans, and all the essentials needed to cook meals. The dining room offers a comfortable space to enjoy your meals. The living room is furnished with a smart TV and a pull-out couch, offering additional sleeping space for guests. Bathroom The property includes a fully tiled, updated full bathroom in the hallway leading to the bedroom. The bathroom features a large stand-up shower. Backyard Enjoy a gorgeous, private backyard surrounded by trees and fencing, ensuring no backdoor neighbors and complete privacy. The backyard includes a grill, fire pit, and comfortable patio furniture. Driveway/Parking The driveway includes one off-street parking space for you and your guests. Check-In To allow flexible check-in, guests will be provided with a 4-digit combination code for the side door along the right side of the home on the day of arrival.
