Decent hotel Rudd front desk manager !

Upon my arrival the front desk manager was Rudd from the get go ! Told me that I had to wait one hour until Expedia sends the confirmation. I showed him the confirmation information from Expedia but he ignored it saying I don't care what they say! You have to wait ! Later that night I went to my room after a long meeting in town and found that the ac was blowing hot air. Went to the front desk because the room phone was broken and told the same manager. He argued with me that the ac was ok ! I told that I wanted my money back then sent repairman. Repairman couldn't have been nicer, test ac started to cool. Die after 30 minutes. Saw manager again reluctantly gave me another room with an altitude!!!!! Never looked up at my even after I told him thank you three tines!! No response. He should find another line of work if he's always like that with the public. Overall the hotel was nice!

Great location

I paid almost 620 for three night and it wasnt worth it. When i got into the room, the carpet was dirty like if noone vaccumed, my iron was dark and wasnt working and lastly I tried to reach front desk but it wasnt easy because the phone label was ripped and i didnt know what to dial due to the lack of information so i had to you my phone.

Not so nice, cheap , or clean.

Check in was late so they could clean the rooms but we found crumbs in the bed and the floor had not been vacuumed. The facility added a 50.00 deposit to the room and that was it addressed prior to check in. So that made the room over 129.00. I could have stayed in a nicer hotel for cost. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathrooms were old and in need of repairs.

Public Health Risks / Unfriendly Staff

Pros: The location is great. It's in the heart of Orlando.
Cons: Customer service. All issues could have been resolved and deescalated if the staff had been friendlier and more helpful.
Location: In the heart of Orlando. Great location.
Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was that the pictures online look nothing like the actual room. All bedding, fixtures, and television was much older and a different style. The toilet was clogged and proceeded to overflow the entire bathroom and carpeted area outside. Since I didn't want the experience to ruin the trip I simply requested a new room but was told that the hotel was booked solid and they didn't have one. The front desk would not help me find a new hotel or transportation and told me to call Expedia. After over an hour of trying to get the front desk to rectify the situation, a room magically appeared. It was a handicapped accessible room with double beds (I paid for a king.) I was not offered the difference in price to be refunded and the hotel was very combative about it. I had to explain to them that they could not keep me in a room that had bodily fluids on the soaked carpet. Not really something you should have to do at 12:30 a.m. after traveling all day! Finally after checking in to the new room I noticed the drywall all over the floor. The next day I stepped on a long nail, but luckily it didn't penetrate the skin. Beyond that point I made sure that we wore shoes in the room. Overall it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Decent location but room service was off

Be careful to not approach the maids for house keeping when you want new towels or the trash taken out for your room / bed made. Even if they skip your room. Call guest services and request assistance. If you do speak with a maid. They will mark the room as "service not requested" for the rest of your stay... A bit frustrating trying to get towels and cleaning for my whole trip there.
