Very disappointing! Never again! Not worth it!
We stayed for 3 nights. When we arrived we received a room in building D. After going through a metal door, that reminded me of a cellar door, we already noticed a very filthy carpet in the hallway! Upon opening our room, our jaw dropped with disappointment! The room was terrible! Dirty, outdated furniture, no comforters! There was no way we would stay in this room. The second room in tower A was a big improvement. However, no comforters, just little thin fleece blankets. We asked for more blankets and they were brought to our room! The staff said they don't have comforters! When we tried to take a shower, we noticed that we don't have any hot water. Called the front desk and they send somebody up. Meanwhile the water was running for 30 min..He said it would take a while to heat the pipes! After 45 min. we had hot water. So, we moved yet to another 3rd room! This room didn't have any blankets, so we took the blankets from the 2nd room. Again, I asked for more blankets and this time we received real comforters (even though we were told they don't have any)! This third and last room was ok, however the toilet kept running all night!!!!! The bed/mattress was comfortable! Overall, very disappointing!
