Summary:
This amazing home has been carefully decorated to allow you to have some quality time in each room. The kids will love the epic themed bedrooms, and multiple entertainment quarters and put them at the top of your vacation checklist. Look no further than this adorable single-family house. Located 20 minutes from Disney World and 10 from Universal in the amazing new Solara Resort with all amenities included! Hope to host you soon!
The Space:
You can run down to the Club House and enjoy all the included amenities or have that quality family time watching TV, having a barbecue and having fun in the heated pool! Awesome rooms with different themes such as a Harry Potter themed room a Zoo/ Dinosaur themed room. We also have a disney themed family room and a Marvel Avengers playroom with pool table, hockey table and a basketball arcade type game.
Everything is included except the wave simulator FlowRider which requests a fee and should be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
We still follow a 5-step enhanced cleaning process between guest stays which goes from preparation, cleaning, sanitizing, checking, and resetting to help prevent cross-contamination. To get you started, you'll find a small starter set of amenities with 1 roll of paper towel, 1 kitchen trash Bag, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 Small bottle dishwashing liquid, 1laundry pod, 1 small soap bar per bathroom sink, 1 toilet tissue roll per bathroom, 1 small shampoo packet per bath with shower/tub and 2 coffee sachet with coffee kit. As these are provided for first time use, if more quantities of these amenities are needed, you should stop by a local store nearby to acquire more. And you’ll find a super cute set of face, bath and pool towels perfectly sanitized and packed.
Guest Access:
Solara is a gated community, super safe and easy to walk around. You'll check-in at the gate and will have a door code to be be able to get yourself in without any contact. And of course you will have free access to the clubhouse. Meaning, the entire space plus all the activities at the club house, except for the wave simulator, are included in this rental!
In addition, you will find the incredible FlowRider, a surf simulator that attracts adults and children which is the one part you'll have to pay extra but we highly recommend booking as it is super fun. You can also enjoy the nice temperature-controlled pool or the splash pad designed especially for the little ones. For sports lovers, the Resort, in addition to the gym, has a soccer field, basketball court and beach volleyball court.
The Neighborhood:
Solara Resort is an amazing vacation rental only community with first-class amenities for an amazing vacation experience. Very close to Interstate 4 and other major roads providing easy access to Universal Studios Orlando, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Volcano Bay, Icon Orlando 360, I-Drive and much more in Central Florida,but also within a short drive to Universal, Disney Springs, dining, shopping and many local beaches. That's of course if you care to leave the house that's located at this super cool resort. In addition to easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. The complex itself has been developed to the highest quality standards. Inside, you will find a beautiful complex with a restaurant, cafeteria, bar, sundry shop, gym and green area for outdoor exercise. In addition, you will find the incredible FlowRider Resort, a surf simulator that attracts adults and children which is the one part you'll have to pay extra but we highly recommend booking as it is super fun. You can also enjoy the nice temperature-controlled pool or the splash pad designed especially for the little ones. For sports lovers, the Resort, in addition to the gym, has a soccer field, basketball court and beach volleyball court.We are only 9 miles (around 16min) from Universal, 15 miles (around 28min) from Disney, 15 miles (around 25min) from SeaWorld, 22 miles (around 30min) from Magic Kingdom, and 21 miles (around 30min) from the Orlando International Airport.
Getting Around:
Super easy to walk and drive around. I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft for example. Turo is considered the Airbnb of car rentals, but if you have a foreign driver's license remember we can help you with car rental too. Orlando Magic and Theme Park tickets? Sure, just let us know about your party size and ages! So add this listing to your wishlist by clicking the heart in the upper-right corner because here's where I need to say I want you. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Pool heating service:
This service is only provided between November and March. The pool can be heated for $35 per night, minimum 3 nights. It takes 8-12 hours to heat the pool. We recommend that you apply 24 hours before the date of use - the water can take up to 24 hours to fully warm up. Please note that services are subject to availability. Keep in mind that pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components that can sometimes break. Low pool level can also occur due to evaporation or some other reason. We will do everything in our end to correct any issues with faulty equipment as quickly as possible.
Pool and Spa (Jacuzzi):
The water system is the same for both - they are connected. Please note that the Spa (jacuzzi) is not a hot tub. Pool heaters will only heat a pool about 10° - 15° degrees warmer than the ambient air temperature. This means that if the highest temperature during the day is 70° degrees, the pool should reach 85° degrees (even when set to 90° degrees). This is not an exact science and should only be used as a guide.
REMARK: Under these circumstances it is not possible to refund part or all the pool heating charge and your understanding of this is important when ordering pool heating. So let us know if you would like it and I will send you a money request through the platform.
(WE ONLY PROVIDE THIS SERVICE BETWEEN NOVEMBER AND MARCH).
Grill:
We do not provide utensils, we provide the tank, but not the propane gas, which can be purchased at convenience stores, supermarkets and some pharmacies such as Walgreens (please take the tank for the exchange). However feel free to use whatever is left on the tank.
Please keep the patio clean. If extra dirt remains on the patio, extra charges will inccur and a money request of US$40 will be sent through the platform.

#### Great vacation in a very comfortable home.
We had a great stay. The property is as advertised - very comfortable, lots of space, clean, new and easy access to all parks and shopping. The only drawback was a few close (multiple different) neighbours had some very late and loud parties….while not within the control of the property owners, the gated community security and rules could manage noise and disturbances better.

#### Dont rent this house
House is beautiful and a new house, i was shocked to see how many scuffs were on the walls and the house wasnt very clean. I was so excited at first i didnt care about the little stuff but then i started finding more and more things wrong. My communication with the host was good at first but then the dryer stopped working after our first day there and then it became a nightmare. We had a large group of mostly teens who can go through some towels. We had conversations back and forth as to when the dryer would be fixed and each day was different needless to say the dryer damage was a warranty issue and could not be fixed or replaced until after we left. We were promised clean towels but did not recieve until next afternoon. We had to use nasty towels to dry with and we never recieved new pool towels. I had to take a day and change my plans and go to a laundrymat and it cost me more money after what i had already spent to rent the house. I was not offered reinbursment for my extra expenses. I am a fair person and wasnt looking for a free ride just a little more understanding! I was offered for my laundry to be picked up and laundered, but i am uncomfortable with others doing my laundry. So as for the house, the game room was dissapointing, pool table was unlevel, no darts for board (which i purchased) no pucks for air hockey table, no chalk and only one pool stick other one was broken when we arrived and lighting was poor and dark. Did get very warm in game room. 2 toilet lids were broken, one bed comforter had blood,looked to be poop and another stain that was fresh. I cleaned this comforter on my own for family to use. Air vents on wall and ceiling were filthy( i attempted to clean) and air filters needed changed. Needs more kithchen utensils and cookware for larger familys. Internet issues whole time, sharp nail sticking up out of carpet on stair and 2 grandchildren got cut. The grill's grease trap had not be cleaned and was dripping everywhere. I did not clean this up it was too nasty. We bought a full tank of propane and used grill once. We ended up buying a small charcoal grill, charcoal and fluid and left it all for next guest. Couch was cream color and was stained and nasty, patio had broken chair and other legs were loose on other chairs and missing cushions. Fridge wasnt very cold even on high setting so drinks were barely cold, Positive's: house is very large for bigger familys and the pool was great. Will not rent from this host again!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay. The pictures doesn’t give this home justice, it is very spacious and the rooms are nice size. I would give this place 5 stars but we had slight difficulties with having the pool warmed, the house keepers provided one roll of tissue in each bathroom and it was absolutely no trash bags. I found this issue to be an inconvenience due to us being there multiple days. Also, the WiFi did not work on smart phones for some reason but it did work online for the kids video games. Other than that, my family and I absolutely loved the house and our time in Florida. Our beautiful skin was truly SunKissed and it felt like HOME. Will most definitely book again in the future. Thank You!

#### Very clean and new house! They also have a great manager in place!
We first rented a different house in a neighboring development and we had to cancel right after check-in because it was filthy, worn down dirty carpet and had roaches. We weren't willing to stay one night in the previous house and had to find a new one that night. I inquired about this house because it was new and showed so well online. The manager Denise went right to work since people checked out earlier that day; she was able to get cleaners over there around 5pm so we would could have a clean place to stay right away. The home was so clean and everything was exactly as advertised. We are so grateful to find this home for our week-long stay and grateful for how accommodating Denise the manager was! You will not be disappointed renting this home!
