Check in was horrible. Didn’t have our reservation. Made me call Expedia to fix it. Took over 30 minutes. Reception kept us waiting when he didn’t need to.

This place was clean but I wouldn’t stay here as they are not a full service hotel. They clean every other day, the breakfast isn’t good, and it’s not that updated. The staff was very friendly and kind. The place was clean just I was looking for a higher quality hotel.

First the hot tub is not working. The elevator took 30mins to get onto. When it come everyone squeezes in cause it the wait. Stains on couch. No Disney theme like the website says. Tv couldn’t even here it because one for bunk by is closest to your head and tv for king bed was so far we could only hear kids tv… that was closer than our tv. I hate to complain but I get once a year to take a vacation and this year really sucks because of my hotel stay!! People under us also called and said we were loud! UNDER US!! Said my kids were jumping on the bed. Then people would watch us walk down the hallway. Like my kids are here I’m sorry this is a family hotel and we are on vacation. My kids are on vacation. I’m not going make them sit and not walk on the floor. I’m so very dissatisfied that I will never ever us Hyatt again !!!

A very nice property close to Disney and not far from Universal. The here staff are 5 Star. The pool is great. The only minor complaint is that the hot tub does not work.

Hotel is in a good location. The staff were friendly and polite. There were some maintenance issues however. Whirlpool was not working. One of the elevators kept being stuck on the 5th floor. In the room itself, toilet did not flush well and would clog often. Tv remote also had to be replaced. Guest services did not answer the phone when trying to contact them for the room issues. Would have liked to see a microwave as well. Room just had a coffee maker and a mini refrigerator.

Check in was easy, friendly, helpful. Room was super spacious, comfortable, clean. Only problem with room was that toilet flushed slow and shower had pressure issues going in and out. We chose here specifically because it is pet friendly. Our beloved dog was extremely happy here. Too cold to use pool but it was a nice looking pool area. Breakfast offering was extremely nice. There is a theme park shuttle but we used our own car, however I did overhear that you needed to schedule use. Starbucks offerings in lobby was nice touch. Room coffee was not bad, not great but not bad. Every single staff member that we encountered was above and beyond friendly! We highly recommend and would stay here again. We had terrible experience staying the the hotel. I have listed all the difficulties we faced unhygienic condition which is alarming. 1. We found a cockroach in the room. My daughter was tramatised and feared sleeping. We ended up killing the large cockroach and disposed it as my daughter is entomophobic. Unfortunately I did not take pictures or video of the same or store the cockroach for evidence. When i reported the issue next morning, hotel wanted to see the evidence !

Family Time
Our experience has always been great. From check in until our departure. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is great and overall service is great. This is our go to hotel when in Orlando.

Rooms don’t get serviced
Rooms are big and great for large families but unfortunately room didn’t get serviced when we got back to the room so we needed to wait for all items to be restocked. Had to request trash bags and clean the room myself after receptionist advised that I had to come down stairs and get what I needed. To her respond, rooms get serviced every other day but no one advised me that during check in. Staff is super limited.

Alright hotel
The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast area was out of hot water for my tea one day. Liked that breakfast was included and was good. Had plenty of parking. Front desk staff at check out wasn’t very friendly she seemed upset she had to work. Was bothered when asked questions.
