I believe this is the worst Hyatt property I have ever visited. The hotel desperately needs an upgrade, especially the rooms. We were placed in a room directly opposite the elevator so there was constant noise throughout the stay. Requests to move to a different room were denied since the entire hotel was booked (to be honest I did not see that many people but I cannot verify). The room also contained these leftover plastic grocery bags in the cupboard with the safe. Given the covid policy of no daily room cleaning, we were asked to put out our garbage. I would like to assume that such a popular hotel would not require me to reuse old shopping bags left over from previous guests. This led me to constantly question the cleanliness of the room. The room also came with 1 shampoo and 1 bar of soap. The guy at the front desk looked at us skeptically when we asked for more toiletries. No apology whatsoever for any of the inconvenience. I feel like the entire stay was below average. The service was below average. I will not be rebooking with this hotel ever and the Hyatt brand in general for a while. Also, don't be a sucker like I was- PARKING IS $10/ DAY EXCLUSIVE OF THE EXPEDIA BOOKING
